This is a fun little game with a decent sound track. It scratches that dungeon healing itch.
I'm always a sucker for building an RPG party. The game could use more variety, but there are so few single-player healer games so it's worth a look.

It's such a shame because this game could have been so much fun and instead is a horrible mess. The one major problem is that abilities are so unresponsive you invariably end up losing when they randomly stop triggering, like just stop working... am i silenced? has the character become immune to healing? Nope, even the totem ability you will activate it, the ability icon will flash like it has been pressed but the ability will refuse to trigger until like the 3rd or 4th time you press it, and at that time at least one character will be dead. This happens on every single run eventually, that's how you lose, fun right? Other problems are that ranged characters will often move off screen and since you dont have healthbars to heal, they will die because you cannot target them. There are also no clear indicators of which character the enemy is actually targetting so good luck using your shields preemptively. You will also find some rooms with some characters with an exclamation point above them, which you would think are quests, except they just say some cryptic lines and nothing happens, nothing more is explained about this and since noone plays this game there is no information online about what these are supposed to be. Another amazing thing is that when you level up your characters in a run you get a skill point to upgrade items that you find or buy, the problem is the vast majority of items are not even upgradable which is hilarious, and makes those points pretty much pointless. Such a shame, with a little more work this game could have been little hidden gem.
Awful, half of the skills in the games feel almost pointless because they are either only useful in niche scenarios or are just objectively worse than others.
1 full wipe before i beat the game. Off to NG+.
I expected to have at least half control over the minions while i heal. But no. There aren't even any options on how to heal. It's all very clunky. The game is not hard but tune the minions a bit and it's "hard" because you can't really do anything about anything Give me some control over my party and some mouseover(?) and we can have a good game. Yes i only played 10 min, that should say something
yeah...
