👍 Recommended? Yes. OSHA would absolutely shut this company down. I've never worked a job with lower pay and higher mortality. Every shift begins with optimism. "Let's stick together." Thirty seconds later one teammate has been eaten. Another is screaming into the radio. Someone is carrying seventeen mugs because, "They're worth money." The monsters are terrifying. The real enemy is greed. "We have enough scrap." "Yeah... ...but what if we had more scrap?" Famous last words. The proximity voice chat is one of the greatest inventions in gaming. Listening to your friend's voice slowly disappear into the darkness before hearing complete silence is somehow both horrifying and the funniest thing imaginable. The best strategy is teamwork. The actual strategy is watching your friend investigate the suspicious noise first. If they survive... it's probably safe. Probably. 10/10. We're making quota. At significant personal cost.
