The physics in Legendary Tales was built to mimic the way real weapons feel and act as close as possible while still being fun to play. Weapons have their own weight so that larger swings will do more damage. Not only that but enemies and destructible items also react to how hard you hit them for a truly engaging experience.

Want to try sneaky kills with a dagger? Hit your enemies from afar with a bow? Or just mash some faces with a morning star? There are a host of different weapon types to suit your play style so find what works for you! And for every weapon type you will find so many variations on their stats thanks to random number generated items. The items are classed into five categories ranging from normal to Legendary. which not only look awesome but have special abilities. What abilities? You’ll have to get one for yourself to find out.

As you fight your way through the world, your character will grow based on how you play. But there’s more to growth than just how you fight, work your way through the magic and skills available to truly bring your character to the next level.

Weapons are fun and all but through the skill tree you can improve your abilities with combat skills or find yourself a Legendary item with their own special abilities and even more, you can upgrade their skills!
If hunting for weapons in the dungeons isn’t for you then we have good news! You can create your own weapons with ingredients found on your adventures, or by honing the weapons you’ve collected. You can also make potions to prepare deep dungeon crawling and disassemble items you found during your adventures to get ingredients and enhance your crafted weapons or potions with them.
Get ready for an epic adventure in VR! Put on your headset, find some friends and head into the dungeon to start creating your own Legendary Tales.

Reviews
This is the most fun I've had in a multiplayer VR game.
Un des meilleurs titres en VR et en coopération.
Great physics based mauler. There are about 3 things about this game that would put me off almost any other game (unreal dithered texture poop-in, annoying sharpness filter or similar, annoyingly dark sometimes ) but the core game is engaging and unique and fun enough that they don't really matter. The physics feels good, even in multi player. Weapons have weight and you need to improvise and have a bit of skill to use them well. When there were bit delays before the 1.0 release and they said they were having problems updating the physics to the new engine I was worried, but they seem to have solved all issues. If anything the physics seems slightly improved now, close range melee seems more reliable. I was also worried that they were moving away from the random dungeons to a built map with a story for 1.0 release, but it's all been well thought out and designed and plays very well. The game certainly could use some polish, for example with some voice acting maybe, but it has it where it matters, in the fun, immersion, and gameplay,

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

After fixing minor control issues, this game is back to being my favorite vr title especially to play with friends, I love it.
really good game 55$ is a lot but its a great game ive had a lot of fun
This is by far one of the best VR RPG games I've played. Challenging yet fun!
This game feels a lot like I'm back in 2009 playing on gen 2 consoles. They are still figuring out how to design and implement game mechanics, the story absolutely sucks (like I mean the worst I've seen in a game), and the graphics are dinky as hell- but that's honestly part of the beauty of it. A lot of gamers don't know what it was like to grow up with cruddy games like these, where things aren't so dynamic, have gorgeous graphics, or super intricate systems in place so the player can "do literally anything they want". Playing this game feels like you're part of a small step towards bettering the genre, and it has serious charm. Most importantly, they get their core mechanic, physics-based VR combat, absolutely perfect. Manipulating items and weapons in this game feels better than Blade & Sorcery, or any other competitors. It's wacky, there are like 3 enemy types total, and some things aren't fully thought out, but it still delivers an amazing experience. Even with the price increase, I'd say its worth it.
Game is amazing with friends especially if you run a strength fist build can be like a kung fu master but the price tag is high to where will turn some away from it in my experience it can be worth the price but wait for a sell on the game
Have been playing this game with a friend since early beta, and sure, the development of the game has been choppy in the past, its future just got SO much brighter, the devs are consistently making updates, and is a genuinely Awesome game! To any people who were disappointing and left a bad review in the past, if you see this, PLEASE give it another chance, and consider updating your review. EVEN IF you still don't like it (impossible), the devs are actively using input to help structure their updates, and your feedback can help revive this game to its true potential!
