This game is literally, word for word, the exact same as what my UCSD professor is using on this website called "Ed" to teach us Python. If you want a UCSD certified Python programming course, you should consider getting this game. Additionally, I would recommend running python on the side if you want to maximize your learning and test things out as you go. It's crazy how, I really could have just played this game instead of taking a whole ass 4 unit college course. Or, I could have previously found this game, finished it, and have had 200% of the experience I needed to finish my programming course. I personally document all of my code in my notes for easier reference moving forward. Switching between this game and my official UC course has been a very engaging, dopamine-filled experience. Honestly, having my college course essentially be 'a game' has made me feel more inclined to commit to the workload. (This game is certainly bare bone and is more like an educational slide show than a proper game, but I personally found it to be quite helpful by simply being located on steam. This sort of caused me to keep having this reminder of what I should have been better off doing instead of whichever game I were going to replay that day.)

This is not a game that would interactively make you try python while teaching you as it seems, it is merely a lesson with multiple choices questions. I have spent less than 10 minutes on this game yet it had a process running in the background hoping you would not notice, in my case logging 4h50 of game time when I did not spent even a fraction of that, thus preventing any refund for those who don't like the "game".

I would give this "manual" a neutral rating if that was possible. It is a decent, although basic learning experience for people new to Python; I used it as a review. However, there are better alternatives out there, e.g. Learn Python the Hard Way.
