Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I have played this game almost all the way through twice. It is a long game, so you get a lot of bang for your buck. The hearing the voice of your dead partner thing is actually a pretty good angle. I enjoyed Lamplight city, it is very well polished for an indie game. Gonzalez has come a long way since the Ben Jordan: Paranormal investigator games. This game will pretty much run on any system too.
Pretty good little point and click game set in a very cool setting. Very nice animation too. Just needed a little more interaction, I think to make it truly stand out.

A very good point and click adventure game, that taps into nostalgia for early days in the genre, but with a lot of modern QOL features. These do tend to mean puzzle solving isn't particularly difficult but there are a myriad of ways to solve a case and get the clues you need. A particularly cool touch is that you can get the culprit wrong in case and the game keeps moving on but certain characters will think lesser of you and my even hinder your progress in other cases. The story was quite intriguing and had me hooked throughout, although I feel like it fell slightly through at the very end. The world-building and atmosphere were great though. Some minor gripes are that sometimes you have to click on things twice to add them to your inventory and sometimes you might forget to do so and then find yourself at a completely different location, only to realize you have to go all the way back to pick up something that you missed. For the most part, voice acting was very good, especially the two main leads. Some other npcs weren't the strongest but overall I liked the voice direction. There are several faults or weak points, but if you are wanting a point and click game that has an intriguing plot, good mysteries, and a good cast of characters, this is one worth checking out.
enjoyed every second of it
Wonderful voice acting for every single character. The story's universe is very nicely woven into scenes, images, characters, narrative direction and dialogues without it being too on the nose but just about the right amount. I like how the story tackles several social issues well embedded within the story. You have technically 5 cases to solve but they are all connected by an overarching plot, along with throwbacks to your previous decisions made in the game that impacts your progression in different ways. It's a delightfully cohesive game. Only suggestion is to save often as some choices might lock you out of following the right trail.
A wonderful surprise! It's smooth and super entertaining. The fact that everything is a possibility with a different outcome gives the game tons of flavor, my first run was a complete disaster and I immediately started a new one, revisiting everything and hoping for a better outcome. And I still want to know what would happen if I made different choices now that I got both the very very bad ending and a perfect run. I'll definitely return to Lamplight City to search for alternate timelines.
Undiagetic, modern characterisations and plot. Does not remotely feel like a coherent or interesting world or story. I can only imagine the positive reviewers are being very forgiving or superficial. The art is nice though.
Excellent point'n'click avec plusieurs fins possibles pour chacune des cinq enquêtes. Le style des portraits de personnages pendant les dialogues est très beau tout en rappelant fortement celui utilisé pour les portraits dans le premier Garbriel Knight.
Lamplight City is a solidly good point-and-click game. I bought this game after being impressed with its sequel, Rosewater. The gameplay and pace of gameplay is quite similar. The puzzles are not too difficult. I was able to complete the game without consulting a walkthrough, but there were several moments where I had to stop and ponder for a while. Like Rosewater, the story arc is one of multiple mini-mysteries that combine to keep the sense of forward momentum going, The broad story arc is a tad silly, in keeping with the general mirth of the game overall. The ending surprised and impressed me by following through on the story's implied premise. I can think of only two negatives, both fairly mild: 1) As with Rosewater, some gamers might find the mini-mysteries offputtingly tangential to the main plot. I didn't, but others might. 2) Some gamers might find your colleague's near-ubiquitous item-descriptions and conversation-injections annoying. I didn't, but some other reviewers have expressed dislike of it. CONCLUSION: Lamplight City gave me the fun I was looking for and was worth the cost. So Grundislav Games is now 2-for-2 with me. Recommended!
