This game, man. I really love LD as a character and the artists at Coffin Comics Studio, but this game has A LOT of issues. Audio issues: When you even open the game it is unbelievably loud, even turning the volume down to 10% was just blaring. Not really a fan that LD only has a few lines in the cutscenes, but like two different lines in game that get spewed out over and over again from her and bosses. Gameplay: The enemies are the same with different skins depending on the map, and the boss fights are literally the same, you do a little damage and they back off, regain some health, and then come back. The boss fights are just reskinned and slapped in. Bugs: Lots of issues, some enemies stay standing when killed, stuff clipping into stages, and the enemies either come all at once or one at a time? I also had issues where my controller kept randomly disconnecting, so i loaded a different game up and played it for a few hours and no disconnect notifications from steam. In conclusion. I love the art style and even the music, but the game is a mess at every turn from story to janky controls. This game doesn't know what it wants to be and doesn't even feel polished in the slightest. This game just feels like a glorified demo, a shameless cash grab, and i was let down greatly. Even the 2004 LD movie delivered better than this.

Can be fun, I don't regret buying but others should definitely wait for a sale. Really like the art style and the music, and appreciate there's local co-op. Really cool level/background designs. Wish there were more characters/skins to choose from. The controls can be stiff, not much enemy variety, story mode is short and repetitive. Could use a practice/tutorial level to better learn the controls, and a way to replay levels without starting a new game. Really hate how bosses' health regenerate, just give them longer health bars. And how is there no cloud save support?? I gotta beat story mode every time I install to unlock the other modes? Weak.
a mix of great art and trash not worthy 30$ may be 15$
Cut. I ran through Lady Death Demonicron in one sitting, but got the bad ending. I’ll give it another go later for the good one. It plays like any decent beat ’em up. I caught a few bugs, reported them, and the dev said “thanks” – always a nice touch. It’s a really solid solo beat ’em up. It doesn’t go easy on you, but it holds a certain quality bar – even if it’s not without a few rough edges. The art and music absolutely delivered for me – top‑notch, personally. You can instantly tell they brought in a comic book artist.
Metal AF!! Kick ass music, art and gameplay!
Do not buy this game at this price. I cannot understand how the publisher and or developers expected for this game to sell or be at least well-received at $40. This game looks damn near like a flash game with like an hour or so of content and you're charging $40? Crazy work. You can just refund it at that point. Do I like the game though? It's okay. I've played worse. It reminds me of 16-bit Batman Forever in a sense that once you figure out all the moves it gets "better" than people say but I wouldn't say it ever gets "good". For some reason the complete moves list is not provided in this game or the online manual though. Don't get pulled in by the cleavage. It's just not worth the money they're asking. It's a sloppy java browser beat 'em up. The music is good, character designs are cool, and it has co-op so there's SOME reason to pay for it for remote play. I play mediocre/bad games though so I'm personally not upset with the game but I think most people would be.
I gave it a recommend, but only because 1) I can use cheats and still get achievements. 2) I'm a backer and a fan of Lady Death. But with that aside, the biggest issue is the controls. Takes some getting used to. There's some bugs in this game, and if I do a certain button combo, the game freezes. The soundtrack is decent, but no music for the credits? That's a bummer. Graphics are awesome, but I wish Lady Death was flashing her breasts towards me, not the background. The presentation could have been better, but it works. Just the ending was a let down. Hopefully Art Of Play can fix the controls at least. Other than that I give this game a 7 out of 10. This game isn't worth $40 bucks though, it's worth at least $20. If they fix the issues, maybe more.
