KOBOLD is a new kind of horror experience that blurs the line between cinema and VR gaming. Step into the shoes of an urban explorer investigating the mysterious case of a missing boy. Pick up your flashlight and discover the secrets of an abandoned villa in the middle of a dark forest in Germany.

Nice Horror Experience but REALLY Short even if it was $5. Had some good jump scares and chilling atmosphere. Movement and grabbing felt a bit clunky. Wait for a sale.
I picked up and played this game back in 2020, and even though I'm a bit late to review the game, I figured it's better done late than never. This game really nails the creepy, horror vibes. It felt super realistic, and I was hooked the entire time I played it. I have to admit, it gave me more than a few heart attacks, but I plowed through and finished it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The only downside is that the game is kind of short. I really wish there was more to it. Hoping for a new chapter or an extended version in the future. Can't wait! =)

Very short game which feels more like a demo. Shame, it was just getting under my skin when it abruptly ended. Got this on 65% sale so I can't complain. This could be horrific if it was a 2 hour game.
This was my first experience with a VR horror game and I really enjoyed it! I dont play VR games very often so I was surprised to see how far the genre has come. It's a pretty short game, but I didn't really mind it, because it was highly immersive and kinda like a movie. It is a game with a big focus on exploration and some pretty frightening elements, so just know this when going into it. The visuals are stunning and the sound design is great, which adds to the immersion and makes you want to explore the mansion even more. All in all I really enjoyed it and am patiently waiting for Chapter 2.
Excellent!
It was great. Best kind of VR horror. Very short good thing i paid $4.01 for it. Beats Ritchies Plank Experience since they're both short but this one is super spooky.
Short but a super atmospheric introduction to VR horror. This is still the first VR horror experience I drop many friends into given it's super affecting, has great environment design and is short enough to experience in one sitting (even for VR newcomers). Well worth the relatively small price tag!
Can't launch in either WMR or Quest - joysticks beams don't reach the start menu buttons. Refund.
- KOBOLD: Chapter I - Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
