Reviews
The game is a bit different from the other 2 but some of the changes like getting to pick weapon attachments is a welcomed one. The game is still fun enough to play regularly, yet the game is of course ♥♥♥♥ on because of the problems with the beta, which as far as i've seen are gone for the most part. I say this as a fan who has put many hours into the other games especially 2.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

KF3 fue lo mejor que le pasó a KF2!
It just sucks. I have countless hours on KF1 and 2, and would still even go back to them to this day. But KF3? I gave it an honest try, but the gun play and guns themselves are boring, Zed time being on a status bar is just strange, specialist abilities (Q) is a weird addition, and the poor performance and overall "jank" of the game cannot be ignored. I know games are meant to evolve over time, but KF3 just feels like a rushed fan game with an identity crisis.
Game launched with barebones content and now it's being dripfed as a paid live service. Voice lines are insanely cringe compared to KF2. The gameplay also just feels bad and the lack of melee weapons when I played really turned me off.
5 months later it still stutters i can see they did try to fix it bc its not as bad as it was but its still there and still annoying to play with, i'd say save your money.
Feels like more KF2 with improvements on mobility and zombie design. Gunplay feels great. Excited to see further development. Need my demolitionist class back PLEASE. I'm able to run it smooth 60 on low, still looks good.
Decided to give this game a shot since it was on sale and man. I really wanted to like this game. I was willing to give it the benefit of the doubt, even in spite of the numerous negative reviews and in spite of my own experience with the second beta. And this game has so many problems. It doesn't feel ready for one thing - which is not a good thing when the game is so ridiculously grindy (something that you can tell even after just an hour in game). Perks feel like they level slower than in past games, which only makes the fact that skills aren't a one and done upgrade worse. Instead, you have to invest resources into upgrading skills in order to make them really have any value at all - meaning even when you unlock a new skill it might not really have any actual value until you've played another three to five matches in order to upgrade it and make it so you can actually get some benefit. Additionally, the new weapon modification system is also locked behind yet another grind AND features an element of randomness meaning you'll have to spend even more time grinding in order to make any progress and actually have the game feel satisfying. Something made worse by the fact that the game has a VERY limited pool of weapons for each perk. After only a handful of games, things already start to feel repetitive - I can't imagine how it must feel after dozens if not hundreds of hours. Maybe I'd enjoy it more after another dozen hours, and after the Gunslinger perk was finally added to the game - but I just don't think I'm willing to risk investing so many hours in the hope that the game might actually be enjoyable EVENTUALLY.
just get Killing Floor 2 instead , at least you're not gonna be stuck compiling freaking shaders for 10 minutes everytime the game get updated and the overall gameplay is just meh .... not enough additions but a lot of what feel like downgrade compared to the previous game. the weapons feel bad , the selections of weapons is bad and lacking , all of the zeds look the same , the level design is terrible and the bosses are even more brainless then what Killing floor 2 has , the game still has grind but they managed to make leveling up feel even less rewarding. like , sometime you don't need to reinvent the wheel like they tried to do with Killing Floor 3 , sometime changes for the sake of changes is not worth it.
