I think the game has been dead since 2023 or 2022 and won't have more updates, please consider before buying that you will only play singleplayer modes and even with that the game has not a lot of content, there are many other sims that have karts with good physics.

i bought this game yesterday and when i played the game it said "authetication failed"... i couldnt play :( iI searched some information, and in offical discord of the game many people reported there also, concluion... i lost my money and i couldnt play nothing T . T

Anyone who is having performance issues, do the following; Instructions: -Go into steam -Go to the page of KartKraft where you see the green play button -On the right of your screen latitude to your play button there is a gear icon, click on that. In the general tab look at the box at the bottom that says in small writing “advanced users may choose to enter modifications to their launch options” -Type in the code in the box. -The code: -EnableGRPC=PC

Was a good game, it started well as a good karting sim with a solid base on real go-karts dynamics; really edgy, quite snappy and positive steering. The development of the game stopped in 2022/2023 if I'm not mistaken, so this is stil an early access game, fully priced. While in early access, when I bought it, a lot of stuff was promised but, as soon as Motorsport Games acquired the rights, everything just sank into a black hole, as happened to most of the stuff they acquired. It was fun, even as a hotlap simulator; just lets not start talking about the online and AI features, probably a stackoverflow copypaste. As I said before, the core itself seemed quite solid. Now in 2024 I would highly discourage to buy this product, as it's buggy, laggy and honestly unplayeable; I don't know what they did with the latest release but, apart from breaking the leaderboard system (the only thing that was keeping up the fun for me), it just lags even on the startup menu. No way to make it run even at 30fps for some reason. Well, it's sad for me to say, as I was really into it when it came out, but avoid, even on discount.

WTF!! This game is released, not early access, and doesn't have online play?! I did some research and the company who bought the IP abandoned the game. it's worthless. all you can do is race ♥♥♥♥♥♥ AI and time trial. online doesn't work, and replays don't work for me either.
