if you have looked at the recent reviews, you already know the issue. [h1] The game is dead. [/h1] what does this mean? well, the game is the digital gaming equivalent of a paper-weight. you CANT play. the main appeal of the game is the online multiplayer where you and a handful of other players randomly match up and go through a flurry of puzzle rooms where the main gimmick is helping each other, which is actually really fun, as when i had played the demo not too long ago, i did have fun playing with the few people on. hearts [which are the main currency] are gained when people help each other, so the gameplay would consist of going through rooms and in the final room, everyone would die so their graves could be walked on and theyd gain hearts. that is the main gameplay loop of the game. the only other mode of gameplay is the local multiplayer, which as far as ive been informed, is another gamemode and thus may either be less polished or just not what the player wanted to play. in some cases its just impossible to choose that as an option. so what does this mean? the game is unplayable. there isnt another way to say this, but you cant play the game anymore. you either need to convince your friends who dont own the game to buy a dead game [chances vary depending on discount] or hope they already own it. unless you feel like doing local multiplayer which im not even sure how thatd work. when i had played the game 2-4 months ago, i played a couple rounds and it was really fun! encountered the same few people but i chalked it up to random chance. now i realize that those were signs that noone else was playing. unfortunately, since its been a month after i bought the game, steam is unwilling to offer me a refund. meaning this game will sit in my library collecting dust forever. the game was apparently fun at first, but quickly died, which you can even notice by the rectangular hyperbolic graph [made by the equation A/x] i see why online multiplayer games are botted now, the whole point of the game was strangers who can barely communicate helping each other, but now that the game is dead... you cant help anyone anymore. love is no longer in the air. i wouldnt even be surprised if cheaters were allowed in because who even cares anymore? its not like itll affect anyone and it might even help keep the game alive. [h1] in short: DONT BUY THIS GAME, YOU CANT EVEN PLAY IT ANYMORE [/h1]
