Игра 'Just the Boss Fights' — это чистый адреналин для любителей хардкорных сражений! Никакой нудной прокачки и утомительных уровней, только непрерывный поток зрелищных битв с боссами, каждый из которых уникален и требует своего подхода. Дизайн монстров потрясающий, а их атаки сложные и непредсказуемые, заставляющие постоянно адаптироваться и искать новые стратегии. Порадовала возможность выбора класса персонажа, каждый со своим набором способностей, что добавляет реиграбельности. Сражения динамичные, требуют хорошей реакции и знания таймингов. Сложность игры высокая, но победы приносят огромное удовлетворение. Некоторые боссы кажутся нечестно сложными, и порой не хватает информации об их уязвимостях. Впрочем, метод проб и ошибок здесь – верный союзник. Если вы ищете бескомпромиссный экшен, где важны лишь навыки и умение быстро учиться, то 'Just the Boss Fights' – отличный выбор.

This game was really fun, and if you are super into classic style 2D platformers this game is definitely for you. I personally am not the most avid fan of 2D platformers (I more so just love playing boss-fights regardless of the genre of game for the challenge), so I had a couple of issues with the latter 2 boss fights in the game. The movement mechanics may get a little clunky if you're playing on mouse and keyboard, and because of that, the final phase of the dragon boss fight, and the latter 2 phases of the black mage lookin guy's fight suffer because of it!! There's also a lot of dialogue in the game too, which I didn't think there was going to be as much of as there was. All in all, I think the devs did a great job with bringing this game and its idea to life, but I would love to see less dialogue breaking up the flow of the fights, and a bit of ironing out the clunky feeling of the dash jumping mechanics.
