It's like the first game but expanded. A lot of the features feel like they should have been present the first time around, but the quality of life and added depth and variety are things I will always appreciate in a sequel. I also enjoy the variety of campaigns. The main one is conservation focused, taking you to destinations across the United States to contain and protect dinosaurs. As a treehugger, I quite enjoyed the conservation parts even if they were just very slow tutorials. On the other end, the game lets you manage parks from the older movies which is just fun, you can really feel the hope in whimsy in John Hammond's heart to the point where incubating a T-Rex feels like an event. As a kid, I was a dinosaur nerd, so seeing the expanded catalogue of dinos feels very fun :steamhappy:

Jurassic World Evolution 2 macht echt richtig Bock. Bin schon ewig Dino-Fan und das Spiel trifft genau meinen Nerv. Erst denkt man, man baut nur ein paar Gehege und schaut den Dinos zu, aber dann hängt man plötzlich stundenlang an seinem Park, optimiert Gebäude, Besucher, Forschung und versucht alles auf 5 Sterne zu bekommen. Die Kampagne ist eher kurz, aber Chaos-Theorie macht richtig Spaß und kann teilweise auch echt schwer werden. Die Dinos sehen super aus und man bleibt ständig stehen, um ihnen einfach zuzusehen. Bin jetzt bei über 22 Stunden und die Zeit rennt einfach. Für Dino-Fans eine klare Empfehlung.
