Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 25 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Everything is slow and has a damn timer, It's like I'm playing a 2012 facebook game.
Great concept, but it feels unfinished.
This is surprisingly good got to say i don't need the workers so i don't use them i just do everything i need to do after1 10pm game time normally i can do the contracts in about a day game time doing it this way. I'm normally into shop simulator games and this is my first junkyard game so i cant say if its better or worse than others but it certainly given me the taste to find out

Fun simulator, you can invest 20-25 hours into it, but I'm giving it a thumbs down, because of the glitches and poor optimization. Sometimes the mechanics just don't work and you need to restart to game the fix them, which is annoying. Also, the events mechanics is simply lackluster - only 4 events happened in almost 40 in-game days, which is way too little to justify the mechanic. I do hope the devs put more time into optimizing the game, and adding some more features and things to do, as it does just feel like a grind at certain points.
Junkyard Builder is a business simulation game developed and published by FreeMind S.A. that turns the overlooked world of scrap collection into an engaging management experience centered on growth, efficiency, and creativity. Instead of presenting junk as useless clutter, the game encourages players to see potential in every discarded machine, broken appliance, and abandoned vehicle. Beginning with a modest scrapyard and limited resources, players gradually establish a profitable recycling operation by gathering salvage, restoring valuable items, and investing in new equipment. The game's concept is simple but surprisingly rewarding, capturing the satisfaction of building a successful enterprise through persistence and smart decision-making rather than fast-paced action. The core gameplay revolves around exploring different locations in search of materials that can be recycled, dismantled, repaired, or sold for profit. Every trip into the field presents opportunities to uncover valuable scrap, rare components, and neglected objects waiting to be given a second life. Once these items are transported back to the yard, players can decide whether to process them into raw materials, restore them for greater value, or use them to support future production. This constant cycle of collecting, sorting, repairing, and selling creates an enjoyable rhythm that keeps progress moving forward. As earnings increase, players gain access to more advanced tools and machinery that improve productivity, making each upgrade feel like a meaningful milestone instead of a cosmetic addition. Managing the scrapyard becomes increasingly complex as the business expands. Storage capacity, equipment placement, workflow organization, and production efficiency all play an important role in maximizing profits. New machines unlock additional processing options, allowing operations to become faster and more profitable while reducing unnecessary manual labor. Automation gradually becomes part of the experience, rewarding players who carefully plan the layout and development of their facilities. Despite introducing deeper management systems over time, the game maintains an accessible pace that avoids overwhelming newcomers. Players are free to develop their business at their own speed, experimenting with different strategies while enjoying the steady feeling of progression that defines successful simulation games. The presentation effectively captures the industrial atmosphere expected from a working junkyard. Rusted equipment, worn-down vehicles, towering piles of scrap, and busy processing stations create environments that feel authentic and functional. The first-person viewpoint helps immerse players in everyday tasks, making even routine activities such as operating machinery or transporting materials feel satisfying. Sound design complements the visual style with convincing mechanical noises, heavy equipment, and industrial ambience that reinforce the sense of running a genuine recycling operation. Although the setting is intentionally rough and utilitarian, the gradual transformation of the scrapyard into a modern, efficient business provides a strong visual representation of the player's accomplishments. Perhaps the game's greatest strength lies in its sense of long-term progression. Every improvement contributes to a noticeable increase in efficiency, allowing players to witness the evolution of their business from a struggling scrapyard into a productive industrial facility. Exploration, restoration, recycling, automation, and financial management all work together to create a gameplay loop that remains consistently engaging over extended play sessions. There is always another upgrade to purchase, another area to improve, or another profitable opportunity to pursue, encouraging players to keep refining their operations. Rather than relying on artificial objectives, Junkyard Builder allows the satisfaction of personal growth and business expansion to become the primary motivation for continued play. Junkyard Builder delivers an enjoyable simulation that successfully combines resource gathering, business management, and incremental progression into a cohesive experience. While players looking for narrative-driven gameplay or constant action may find its slower pace less appealing, fans of construction, management, and economic simulators will likely appreciate the rewarding balance between hands-on work and strategic planning. Its relaxing progression, satisfying restoration mechanics, and meaningful upgrade systems make it a worthwhile addition to the simulation genre. By transforming ordinary scrap into the foundation of a growing business, the game offers an experience that is both relaxing and surprisingly addictive. Rating: 7/10
good game well worth the money
Lisujete odpad, drtíte dřevo, skládáte auta, renovujete nábytek a ještě lisujete karosérie. Smlouváte ceny se zákazníky, auto vám pravidelně sváží odpad a zaměstnáváte lidi. Odpad vám vydělává peníze na vylepšení.
向日葵游戏评分【7/10】
《Junkyard Builder》

I really enjoy this game. 250+ hours, lots of playthroughs, 100% complete achievements, and I still have a good time with it. Game does need a bit more economic polish (mixed trash too valuable, no incentive to break down trash). Needs some polish ("Metal" trash piles useless, don't get the point or value of the collectors that come by and sell to you. Buffing/metallic renovation/car painting and renovation needs more variety.
