Joy Pony

So this game is no longer available, not much point in reviewing it, but if it were available to purchase? Honestly, my expectations were so low that I was kind of impressed to find a functional gameplay loop and customization options. Unfortunately, this is still objectively a bad game, not even worthy of a mobile download. Buying stuff depends on grinding coin in the gold mines, which you'll have plenty of time to do while your pony's stats slowly tick down. This is also how you unlock all 133 achievements. By playing a clicker game. It's just a slog. Your pony is about as lifeless as Interactive Buddy, and far less fun to abuse. I'm surprised at how many people were amused by tapping ponies against the wall to lower their health to zero. Is the bar really so low for irony enjoyers? I understand some people just aren't taking it that seriously, but there are definitely some people who need to age out of the 13-year-old mindset. Also, you can resurrect ponies after they die, but they seem to have a debuff that drains their health afterwards. This game is slop. Slop that at least functions as a game, but still slop. If it's been collecting dust in your library, it certainly wouldn't hurt to download it and see what you've been missing. I don't think you'll be in danger of being hooked, as you'll start to smell the browser game stench pretty quickly.
