This is not the version of Joy Pony/Pocket Pony/Home Pony/Pony Pet Hospital (wow this game goes by a lot of different names) with the torture game elements, this is the sfw version. That aside it's the same gameplay as it's always been. There's no goal in Joy Pony just taking care of your pony or not, the choice is really yours. Wish the achievements weren't basically filler and actually represented different milestones you can reach in the game like the pony reaching different ages, dying, buying a certain amount of stuff from the shops that kind of thing.
