IXION is an unrelenting, city-building odyssey across the stars. As Administrator of the Tiqqun, DOLOS’ prototype space station, you are tasked with balancing preservation and exploration as you manage infrastructure, resources and crew. Can you keep the flame of humanity alight in the cold dark?
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3/day in the week to Aug 29 → 9.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, GOG, Xbox, Epic publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

I want more games like this. It may not shine as brightly as Frostpunk does, nor will I dump as many hours into it, but I'm okay with that because I enjoyed playing through it. There's the main narrative thread of 'how do I win the game?' that establishes itself pretty early, but the game tries to convey another story, mostly through text blocks you find exploring different areas. I only wish that story had more depth, and relevance to the main plot point.

Matched by title — a reused name can pair the wrong games. * is a critic aggregate. Prices and positions are each store's United States storefront; Epic charts worldwide. Audience and Score too, except Steam's, which is worldwide.

I will recommend this game with some caveats: Pros: *Sick, catchy soundtrack *Excellent artwork and style *Interesting not-too-ridiculous plausible sci-fi plot *Decent amount of replayability because different build types are possible Cons: *Immersion-breaking logistics (dozers magically appear and disappear, drive through each other, and apparently just run over your people constantly, which is just lazy on top of the good art) *Very lazy treatment of orbital mechanics and space engineering (the ship transferring orbits and making sure none of its solar arrays can EVER get sunlight is so dumb I just can't even describe it--KSP could have shown you how these things worked over a decade ago) *Not very intuitive to learn how things work, which is a failure of game design
Really loved the game and it's story alongwith the whole city building strategy gameplay which is really good. My only complain would be how hard micromanaging stuff via EVA and ♥♥♥♥ is at higher diffculties but ig that's on me. Overall it's a great game with a good replayable value as long as you kind of ignore the ending parts of the story.
Great game, very well thought out. Hard, but not excessively so. Music is surprisingly beautiful.
I absolutely love this game. I played the demo and instantly knew I had to own this game. I still go back to it every once in a while and jack up the difficulty, or put it on easy street for just a good play through.
Incredible game, please release an expansion or sequel to this masterpiece.
yes special note on the amazing soundtrack
I can't decide if this is micro-management heaven or hell
