About

The world is dead. The state has collapsed. In a forgotten Eastern Bloc town, you are alone but not truly alone. Something stirs beyond the walls, and none of it means you well. You have only one reason to keep going: survive long enough to find your wife, Valeria. But in the cold and darkness of this unforgiving night, will you ever make it back to her?

In the hellish streets of this Eastern Bloc town, every bullet matters. There are ways to fight back, but survival demands more than firepower. Use the weapons at your disposal to clear a path, scavenge tools to overcome the obstacles ahead, and avoid unnecessary confrontations whenever you can.

Iron Blight aims to deliver an immersive gameplay experience built around atmosphere, vulnerability, and the crushing weight of isolation. Every bullet matters, and the sound of gunfire may draw even more horrors to your position. Even something as simple as opening a locked door demands thought. You must manage your food and medical supplies, move cautiously through the streets, and always consider what might be waiting around the next corner.
True Survival Horror Gameplay: Navigate desolate streets and claustrophobic interiors, where danger lurks around every corner. Solve puzzles and face the terrors that will force a choice: fight, flee, or die.
Resource Scarcity and Tension: Resources are scarce. Do you risk using your last bullet to take down a monster, or do you save it for a more critical moment and hope to slip past unnoticed?
Diegetic Grid-Based Inventory: Every single item matters, and space is a luxury you can't afford. Carefully manage your limited inventory grid, making agonizing choices about what to carry and what to leave behind.
No HUD, No Distractions: No health bars, no ammo counters, no intrusive menus. Every piece of information is conveyed through your character and the world around you. Your only interface is your own perception.
A Unique Weapon System: Check your magazines manually, round by precious round, and reload with deliberate, step-by-step actions. Every firefight becomes a tense test of your nerves and skill.
A Bleak and Oppressive Atmosphere: Rain-slick cobblestones and flickering fluorescent lights lead you deeper into a town that feels cold, hostile, and suffocating. The distant cries of things that should not exist echo through its desolate streets.
A Return to Forgotten Horror Traditions: Fear comes from the atmosphere, the gnawing uncertainty, and the constant presence of death. The story is told through the environment itself, and combat is a slow, methodical dance where every shot matters.

Reviews
Quite a nice game, short and sweet. All aspects work together in harmony and I hope more is done with this game world/engine.
Simply fun gameplay with an interesting story so far!

Iron Blight is one of those games I admire almost as much as it frustrates me. The atmosphere and sound design are fantastic, and the combination of scarce ammunition, unreliable weapons and genuinely effective jump scares creates a level of tension that makes it stand out from other retro shooters. Unfortunately, slow movement, sluggish reloads and weapon switching, gun jams, brutal encounters and the lack of quick saving eventually pushed that tension into frustration for me. I also really wish modifiers could be changed after selecting them. At $12.49 there’s a lot here for the money and I’d recommend it to people who specifically enjoy punishing retro shooters, but a quick-save system and the ability to change modifiers would massively improve the experience.
5 hours, took me three to beat the game on normal then already try to beat it on hardcore on Iron Man The game has bugs, like the one where sometimes one gets stuck in the tool usage animation after already using the said tool. The game is great, story isnt made up from a tip of a finger, its tragic, its realistic. Id buy a second time.
做的很好啊IronBlight,喜欢90年代游戏画面,细节跟操作手感&游戏氛围我都很喜欢
simple concept, excelnt execution. Worth the money
This was a good 4-hour survival horror romp that left me satisfied. It doesn't reinvent the wheel, knows exactly what it is, and ensures that you do, as well. The atmosphere was powerful, the weapon variety bountiful, and the enemy types... a little lacking. Essentially, they are all variations of the zombie archetype, but maybe that's the spoiled long-time Resident Evil fan within me. I was bummed when it was over (having hoarded roughly 30 magnum rounds), but oh well. I enjoyed it and believe I got my money's worth.
