About
Dozens of hours of slow-paced suspenseful survival.
An unforgiving dystopian environment of the Pechorsk Anomaly Zone.
Diverse natural, industrial and urban locations with vast exploration potential.
Navigate with your realistic map, plan your route, climb over obstacles, scout out shelters, uncover loot caches, and try not to get killed.
Realistic handling of various classic and modern weapons.
Day and night cycle: scavenge for loot and scout during the day, sneak around and evade your enemies under cover of night.
Dangerous anomalies, bleak atmosphere, and urban exploration.
Explore miles and miles of forests, swamps, and crumbling industrial ruins. But be careful: the Radius is filled with deadly anomalies dealing damage to anyone foolish or daring enough to get close.
The place is swarming with hostile creatures — Fragments, Mimics, and more are roaming around 24/7 and will take every chance to let you know you are not welcome.

Into the Radius features a stunning variety of classic and modern firearms like the AKM Kalashnikov, PM, SKS Carbine, M9 Beretta, PPSh, FN SCAR, and many more with matching ammo. Realistic interaction, manual magazine loading with different ammo types, and weapon attachments.
Take care of your weapons — if they take damage or their condition deteriorates, they will begin to jam. Be sure to switch off the safety before you start firing! Realistic bullet physics causes ricochets, and bullets can penetrate different materials.
Your only means of survival is to sneak around with your detector, hunt for artifacts, and complete the missions assigned via the vintage UNPSC desktop at the base. Your trusty friends in the Radius Zone are stealth, silence, and planning.
Understand how to navigate the terrain, move slowly, take cover, crouch, sneak, and beware of the threats around you!

Might sound ironic, but what convinced me to go back and review this game was its second iteration. Into the Radius is, in retrospect, a fairly simple game, with little enemy variety and somewhat bland, same-ish looking locations/maps. While this might not sound too great, the little it does, intentional or not, it does perfectly. Progression feels rewarding, difficulty feels just right (You can fine-tune a lot of aspects if you wish to) atmosphere feels unique. While it is hard to not compare it to the Stalker/Metro series, I feel like ITR is different enough to be its own thing, despite taking clear inspirations from those. Looting, maintaining your equipment, managing inventory... Everything just blends nicely. Another thing I appreciate: This game respects you as a player. No overly intrusive tutorials, no yellow paint, no flashing arrows. Being able to immerse yourself and learn as you go feels especially refreshing considering today's gaming market. And the cherry on top: It has mods, which are fairly easy to set up. Scavenger mod specifically gets an honorable mention from me, as it fits this game so well I feel like it almost should be the intended way to play.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

One of the best VR games I've ever experienced. This is a scary game, and I usually really don't like scary games, but once you figure out how things work it has some of the best vr systems I've ever seen. Really wish I could see gun mechanics like this in every other VR game that uses guns.
So this is the first VR game I've boughtsince getting into VR and I'm now worried no other VR game will live up to the bar this game has set (save HL:Alyx). ITR is a very immersive VR experience, with intense gun fights, realistic weapons, great survival mechanics and an awesome gameplay loop. While it's not the most unique or original setting, it puts a nice spin on the established distopian post apocalyptic theme and brings it to life well enough to be believable.

This is easily a top 3 game for me. 1. Sliders scared the ♥♥♥♥ out of me so much I had to take the headset off. Good job 2. the home feeling + the not home feeling 3. gunplay is unnecessarily sharp and clean 4. Indie dev team 5. The immersion is nuts 6. Ambiance horror with the catharsis of 12 gauge

After HL Alyx, this is definitely the best VR shooter I've ever played. The level of immersion in this game is incredible, with an atmosphere heavily inspired by Stalker and a good story to guide you through this world. 10/10
Into the Radius feels massively overhyped for what it actually delivers. Looting is tends to be unrewarding, most of what I find is a handful of bullets that are annoying to manage, often for weapons I don’t even own (i have 15 shotgun shells, no shotgun) , but i found three grenades atleast. Weapon cleaning is janky and frustrating - I spray oil all over the gun, yet the brush often fails to register properly. Ammo pouches regularly freak out and refuse to let me grab a mag when enemies are right in front of me. Reaching for a flashlight almost always pulls out my knife instead, not to mention how little durability knives have (killed like 3 enemies before it broke). Enemy design doesn’t help either. The most basic enemy is a slow zombie that mainly exists to waste resources as its too slow to ever become a threat unless you have the attention span of a blind elderly dog on sleeping pills. Even after “killing” it, you still have to destroy its core or it revives shortly after, draining even more ammo or durability. Interacting with the environment is also clumsy, opening cupboards or drawers often results in them slamming shut as soon as you stop holding them, and most contain completely worthless loot anyway. There’s no basic jump, so navigating obstacles feels awkward and outdated. The gun safety mechanic feels pointless it comes off more like a way to troll the player than meaningful realism. Visually, while the bleak aesthetic fits the setting, the constant depressing color palette just reinforces how empty and lifeless the world feels. The map system is also oddly restrictive: you can’t keep it out like your backpack, and there’s no option to keep its light on. Overall, the game feels empty, and unfinished despite being released for years now. Instead of immersion, I mostly felt annoyed and bored. Unfortunately, I’ll be refunding this.
Played on the Valve Index. I was enjoying this for the most part, but the experience quickly got ruined due to poor choices in terms of the game's design: 1. Text on your journal is straight up unreadable, and text on the map can be nearly as bad. 2. Your hands will get caught on things in the environment. This never caused me any real problems but having your hands getting stuck on geometry gets annoying when the game also wants you to frequently interact with cramped spaces, e.g. drawers. 3. Aiming can feel jittery at times. I don't know why because I don't have this issue on other games. This didn't ruin the experience either, but it was annoying at times. 4. Even as someone who plays Euro Truck Simulator, the weapon maintenance is just tedious, heavily compounded by the fact that it just feels bad to control whenever you have to use the brush to clean things. 5. The primary reason I'm leaving a negative review: the inventory management is horrible in a game that involves a lot of inventory management. The holsters and slots move around really inconsistently and trying to grab anything without looking is very unreliable. Furthermore, it is extremely easy to drop important and/or expensive equipment without noticing it if it snaps into your hand while you're moving around. This wasn't happening constantly by any means, but it's the kind of thing that only needs to happen once or twice to basically kill your enjoyment.
