As Indiana Jones, you’ll travel to 1935 China to prevent a powerful artifact from falling into evil hands. This globe-spanning adventure pits you against evil Nazis and the Asian underworld. It’ll take more than just a trusty whip and pistol to avoid the perils of the Emperor’s Tomb.

good game so far but a little annoying at times
Tremendo juego me reí mucho con los chistes y los puzles están buenos. Recomendado laik, sub y campanita
In dire need of a proper remaster. The story is awful, Indiana Jones has fully detached himself from the archaeologist role and feels dumber than rocks. All characters, including Indy himself, just kind of exists and we barely know anything about them. There's nothing exciting or interesting about any of these people or the artifact, hell we hardly know what is to the extent that it feels like there's 0 stakes at all, despite the obvious contrary. Voice acting is considerably awful for almost all characters except Indy, and although David Esch is a good VA for Indy, he lacks the chemistry with the role. What I will say is that it's nice to have a Indy story take place mostly in China. Well, the story is bad, but that must mean the gameplay is good, right? Nope! Incredibly Janky controls and stupidly repetitive gameplay. I'm talking the same thing over and over and over and over. You'll be asking yourself the entire game why the combat system is so awful, why does this sword feel like a stick, please give me a gun, etc etc. I honestly wouldn't be hating so badly if the game were maybe like, 5 hours shorter. Most of the levels in this game aren't good and serve 0 purpose. The story and gameplay is seriously STRETCHED THIN. This game should seriously be like, 5 hours max. My theory is this was secretly some other game with a lower budget and LucasArts or whoever told them to adjust it so it's a Indy game for marketing. Nothing here really feels like an Indiana Jones adventure and the blasting Williams-esque music is really the only, and unfortunately rampant reminder. Why couldn't this have been the console exclusive game instead of Staff of Kings...

The Cost-Effective Cousin of "Great Circle" (and honestly, I prefer third person where "Indy Games" are concerned)
Also you fight Frankenstein's monster, what
(But I say that Emperor's Tomb and Great Circle were far superior to, and should canonically replace, the fifth indiana jones movie.)
no
I think its good game, but saves are only at start of the level and because of my skill issues, I somehow to always fail at the end of level. Maximum resolution is 1600x1200 and 4:3, not problem for me, but it can be problem for someone. Combat is janky, but fine for that old game. Its kinda hard game, not for everyone.
STFU Steam !!!
is cool game was fun
In short - it is better than Great Circle. It also has EXTREMELY JANKY 3D controls and questionable level design to go along with it. I have to recommend it because the recent Indy productions make this confusing mess look like a masterpiece. Enjoyable? IT IS NOT. Some sequences such as the digger machine escape and the final machine (and the octopus fight) were not play-tested enough considering that they have issues that could have corrected and as-is are greatly unenjoyable experiences (read: torture). For example, the heart target needed to finish off the last boss sometimes does not appear. I beat the game. It is a nightmare to catch footage of because it dies when you alt-tab. The controls are extremely janky. There is no manual saving and some of the stages are really long and full of instant death pits. Do not pick this up for Casual Fun (tm). I did do so last year and have been begrudgingly slogged through the game ever since. It is about 20 hours long without going for all artifacts (use the guide or you will miss them). The content is really dry and lacks attractive goals. My least favorite part is getting detected by Not-Sees and having a nigh-invincible Flammewerfer trooper spawn and incinerate my last remains of hope and happiness. At no point does it become fun. It does have some variety such as the gondola cart scenes, though the constant air of trying to not die an instant death from falling keeps that fun close to zero most of the time. It does have similar scenes as the ones in the original Indy trilogy, though they are not worth the suffering. The level design is wonky and extremely unintuitive at times (talking about you, water levels). That matters because, again, the game will crash if you try to alt-tab to look up a walkthrough. I recommend at least taking a look at the walkthrough to get an idea about what you are dealing with. The ending does not resolve anything. The bad guy loses, Indy goes on as if nothing happened and you get booted back to the main menu. Meh.
What a jolly ol' time had by all. Except the final gauntlet section, screw that.
