Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.71/day in the week to Aug 16 → 6.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Been meaning to play this game for awhile. Seen it now and again mentioned, and I think it deserves the praise. People mention in the reviews that the characters feel like actual. normal people- and considering this is a time-loop setting I think that's actually pretty well reasonable. Mechanics are critiqued in various ways, and I genuinely had fun. Can be hard to get into at first, but at a certain point it is very hard to put down until the game's truly done. Had some pretty good conclusions/pay-offs story-wise. I'm describing things vaguely because I think this is a game that should be played with minimal information. For some parts, a guide might be needed, but the loops themselves are short enough (1 & 1/2 hours if going really slowly, grinding, etc.) and at a certain point there's a flow-state where you just know how things should react and where things are. Felt like Majora's Mask in that sense but a lot easier to navigate. I noticed some people in the community section had difficulty knowing how to get to the reset the loop -
you gotta die. tears are the fastest way imo
but I think it's best to figure it out naturally. Optional; Also have to mention that if you don't like Undertale or Deltarune, you will not like this game. For various reasons lgbtq+ representation is a big deal and some people will specifically avoid games with them, which, ok? Not gonna lie, if you have a problem with a game simply because they're gay, or use different pronouns, or whatever, then look at a mirror. The people who have a problem with these sorts of things shouldn't play them in the first place, and furthermore, imo, when people talk about gender ideology, they act as if hetero-sexuality/cis/straight isn't an ideology either. It is. I digress, the people this is aimed at will certainly ignore, though I wanted to say anyways. All that is to say, this is worth your time. If you're on the fence with it, I think I got it on sale? But otherwise definitely would buy without it.
The King's Theme is Peak
Easily one of the best takes on a time loop in a game. The writing does a perfect job of building a sense of hopelessness and existential dread the more times you reset. The protagonist's descent into insanity is expertly told, and at times uncomfortably accurate. The main cast took a bit to grow on me but I loved them all by the end. The setting is really cool and I wish it was explored more. The combat itself is a neat concept but becomes trivial during the back half of the game (probably intentional that doesn't mean it didn't drag the pacing down for me). Overall an excellent game and deserves a place among the great indie rpgs.
In Stars and Time is an incredible experience and instantly one of my top games of all time. The characters, the art, the story, you can tell every ounce of it has been meticulously crafted with love. It's such an emotional journey that makes you really feel the progression the same way Siffrin does. I did cry multiple times 10/10 will start again.
i cannot recommend this game enough. it has fundamentally changed me as a person i think. i will forever think about it and all the characters and the story and gameplay and joy and sorrow it brought me.
This game is quite possibly one of, if not the best story-based RPG games I have ever played; the characters are absolutely made to get attached to, with their very distinguishable personality types and fun little intricate details and backstories. Everyone from the Head Housemaiden to the King to Siffrin themself ((AND ESPECIALLY MIRABELLE I LOVE MIRABELLE)) were all so fun to listen to and find out more about that I can't help but think about some of my favorite scenes with them even after having beaten/seen the game up to 3 times now. Playing through this game made playing through the prologue (START AGAIN: a prologue) very fun and super insightful, and it all inspires me so heavily to refine my writing skills and try and do the characters of this game a fun little service by including them in my own storylines, especially in interactions between them and my other favorite characters (Niko from OneShot and Ori from Ori and the Blind Forest/Will of the Wisps :3) The premise of looping in time every time you die or {slight spoilers for Act III)
experience anything that brings you great emotional distress
gave this game a very good opportunity to explore the mental health and inner workings of Siffrin in a way that made me super attached and able to relate a great amount at times, as I was going through some pretty bad trust issues at the time, and felt as though I wasn't able to trust that my friends actually do value me and aren't hiding some form of hatred from me, but of course, {FINAL ACT SPOILERS)
as Siffrin had to learn, honesty and transparency is the only thing that can mend broken relationships and create unbreakable ones even when things felt indifferent between them and their friends before.
Of course, (AGAIN, FINAL ACT SPOILERS)
the ending including a fight between them and their party with such a beautifully composed theme brought out a lot of emotion in me, up to the point where the cutscene afterwards made me tear up a little and caused my breath to get shaky; it's a scene that's hard to forget and gave quite possibly the best grand reveal as to why the loops were happening in the first place that this game could've ever asked for, right after the absolute horror that was

the Head Housemaiden telling Sif that they could not fix the timeloops due to the theory that the loops were started from everyone's wish for Vaugarde to be saved being rotten.

This game having a good ending was certainly not undeserved, and it served as a very good message to those suffering from incomplete or broken friendships, or even some form of imposter syndrome, and I hope it helps someone out there who really needs it.
I don't regret the time I've spent playing this game at all, and I wish I could've valued it even more in the time where I needed it. Siffrin is adorable, Mirabelle is CRABBING adorable, STARS they're all BLINDING ADORABLE!! I want to see more representation of this game in media very very badly PLEASE MAKE MORE ART AND CROSSOVER FANFICS OF THIS GAME PLEASEEEE 🙏
esto es CREMITA, amo, amo, buenísimo, para gays con depresión si quieres q la depresión te la cure y lo gay te lo agrave <3 voy a echar tanto de menos a mis isafrin...
This game has some of the best written characters that I have seen in a game. It manages to be funny, and then heartbreakingly sad. All of the characters feel so real, it's impossible to choose a favorite. Alongside that, it has great art and music. I cannot recommend this game enough.
this game had obvious inspiration but was able to tie concepts from games like oneshot, undertale, and omori into its own unique twist which made it incredibly enjoyable. i especially enjoyed the world-building and how the player suffers with siffrin and emphasizes with their frustrations as the game progresses. i will say this game can have some cringe humor sometimes, but i grew fond of it as i explored the characters more and more. overall a great play and would definitely recommend. i see myself replaying this game in the future! (once i begin to forget everything that happened throughout my 119 loops) tl;dr: great game, great world building, and excellent character development. 100% recommend!

I was afraid of playing games with humans as the main characters like actually bc I thought they were all bad and weird. Then I played this game and I am no longer afraid of them because it's my favorite game now
