Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 23.71/day in the week to Aug 30 → 56.14/day in the week after.

Wallheim with better graphs basically. But different benches, material runs, material conversions, building better stuff (basically same but better) on every tier for you to last a lifetime. You will spend a majority of game time looking boxes n stashes in your base. It is a hassle. And wait... there is more! Download circus visits you more often than Windows, only with bigger packs. And there isn't really any end, no ultimate cause for you to play other than just ride around and kill stuff. Farm them, eat them, make arrows out of them and so forth.
I've spent 92 hours on this game already and seems like i'm going to quadruple that number. Fantastic game and really addictive. There is a lot of content to unpack (though most of it is hidden behind DLCs), but buying them on a sale makes it worth it. That being said, the game is riddled with bugs, animals noclipping through stones or the map itself and falling under it, game glitching on radar missions, which requires a world reload to access deployables/activate the radar, spawned animals on horde defense glitching on terrain, animal/mount path tracing resulting them in getting stuck in many weird ways or places, operations being described so vaguely, that you should first check them out on the internet (if you do them open-world) if you plan on not circling the map from your base to the mission area a few times to access advanced resources needed to actually complete it. It's a weird mix between an extraction-style game mode and open-world gamemode, because clearly a big part of operations/game mechanics are geared towards either that extraction or open-world exclusively. People saying you should level up to about level 20 on operations before starting open world are absolutely right, because that makes open-world actually fun and eliminates a completely miserable entry experience. Because it looks like the game was first designed for drop and leave operations, it looks like its not optimised at all towards an extended open-world gameplay. After a while of playing you will experience frame drops, stutters, lags, and more glitches than when first creating the world, just due to the sheer amount structures, deployables, pipes or cables you need to set up (even if you plan to take on an "economic" approach and try to add only a bare minimum of new objects). Somebody said that every change you make in a world (structure built, equipment deployed, tree cut and so on) is permanently registered, processed, kept in memory and rendered, no matter how far away you are from said change. If true, its a long term open-world killer, and a poor design choice at that. No wonder the game tends to crash suddenly, in most random moments, in open-world after playing for some time. Its quite astonishing that a game from about 5 years ago still suffers from those issues. And if you can ignore or just live with all of that written above (and more) - you will actually enjoy the game. Despite all of its issues, if you like the alien/external world survival genre, Icarus may suck a lot of gameplay hours out of you.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Latest in each market: best RU #34, worst AU #100 · 12 markets collected
US · last 30 days
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 20/day in the week to Jul 23 → 154.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
