There is absolutely no storage space in this game. I was constantly fighting to organize and figure out where to store everything even though there were no spaces to store them. Also not cozy with the grubs killing your plants every night and the constantly reproducing toxic plants. Not a cozy game.
Some fun parts, but the farther you get the more obnoxious it felt to play. Also, the characters and story aren't even 1 dimensional. They felt more like a last minute slap shod addition to the game because they forgot to do it during the actual development.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I very much enjoyed the first 10 or so hours of the game. Lots of fun breaking items down and crafting upgrades. But as the chore list grows, the ability to keep up with it does not without minions... And the minions, are idiots. I had 4 of them, Engineer, 2 collectors, and a builder. The engineer was largely unutilized most of the time, very rarely would it go grab a bit of plant matter to fuel the reactors, but without that I would have had to babysit it several times a day since the power drained so quickly and I couldn't see a way to stock up on more energy between refills. This became a problem when I switched to sunflowers, and suddenly the engineer couldn't figure out that there were sunflowers in the chest right next to the line of reactors, and several times over the game, I ran out of power because it was sitting there gormlessly saying it couldn't find fuel. When it did find fuel, it was because I was just pulling up every sunflower on the map as I walked around and it would dash across the map to grab that for fuel. The collectors mostly worked but I could never figure out exactly what algo they were using to pick storage. I would build a chest right next to a nest so that it would have an easier time dropping the ink and corrosives off, and it would instead grab them and run across the map to a different chest, despite that one being zoned for the items it carried. The builder/repairer? well, it mostly worked until I ran into a particular bug. When that bug hit, it dropped its repairer in a pile of corrosive slime and stood there vacantly saying it couldn't find a repairer to fix things... All of this combined when I went down an elevator and spent a day clearing the area out, when I came back, the power was off, the leeches had escaped containment, and all but 1 of my UV emitters had been destroyed by them. Rather than rebuild all of those UV emitters, I just quit the game. I knew that if I kept going it was just going to happen again because of how useless the minions are, and at this point the game is impossible to keep progressing in without their help. The other part was as the area of the roof I could explore expanded, the game got slower and started stuttering more and more on the steamdeck, and even things like opening the chests and switching between chests would take what seemed like an eternity, when you have to scroll through 10 chests to find the one that you're keeping a particular item in.
To me, this game tries too hard to be different from other games. The story is okay, the artstyle is wonderful but the game's mechanic makes the game incredibly slow. Not hard, tedious. It feels clunky/heavy when trying to build on a large scale and it deters you from expanding your 'lived in' area. Not exploring though, I do like discovering the story of the world but making the rooftop homely becomes a chore even by cozy game standards. Would I replay the game? Yes. It's a game best played at a slow pace, sparingly.

I can recommend the game yes But i can also see that it needs a lot of QoL work still, i can see why the recent reviews are mixed. there are a lot of nice mechanics and you feel like you are making some progress tidying up the roof, the downsides however; Almost every action you do pauses the game and the minions you have working for you, so much as sawing up a piece of junk they all stand there waiting for you to finish the task. A major part of the game is sending out a drone to the rest of the city which uses a basic map to do so, but the game for some reason unloads the entire play area and has to reload it each time you open and close the map, there is no reason for a map to need a loading screen that is just poor design.
I know that I have a lot of hours in this game, because i did complete it, but I don't think I would recommend it to anyone. In most survival crafting games, maybe there's an alternating of grinding sections and then you can go accomplish something like exploring or fighting a boss. In this game, about 2 hours in, you just start a constant grind. I kept thinking "Ok, now I unlock this next tool and can explore" but then I would get to move for another ten minutes and then hit another massive wall. I think I only completed it because I got to a certain point and hit the sunk cost fallacy. Would not play again. Would not recommend.
I love this game! Resource hoarding, taking things apart, robot friends, not a super invested plot, and a cozy mode if survival is not your thing. I always play the coziest mode and chill out to the music. It's the perfect game to play when I need a break from reality. The atmosphere is great! I like the cooking mechanic because I get to discover recipes by putting ingredients together on my own. The system will tell you if the ingredients you put in the pot are not compatible. That means no wasting materials. Fishing in this game is easier than any other I've played, which rocks for me because I suck at fishing. There is nothing in this game that I'm not able to do so I'm never overwhelmed and can focus on having fun. However, I wish there were more decorating and build options. If I was the last human alive on a beautiful rooftop, I would want to restore it. There are so many cool areas that stay empty because I don't have anything to decorate it with.
