For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The game has a very short story to it. The long journey is the grind for the achievements. Still worth it.
I Am Future is a cool addition to the cozy game genre - adds some new things that are fun to do as you deconstruct items, and but also some annoyances that perhaps came with half baked ideas during creation that weren't fixed prior to the end game. Much of the grinding on this game, comes from YOU not understanding where the developer put different controls, or, didn't fully explain how things work. Grinding here, is simply you thinking that you need to do more farming, or more deconstruction, etc so that a new option will open, or a new area of the map. In reality, its more because key options are almost hidden in places that don't make sense. For example, you have a workbench where you can craft things. That includes parts and resources, but also equipment for you. You have a robotic hand multitool which is a great idea, but, you would think, that upgrading that tool, would also be on the workbench. And you'd be right! BUT, there is a completely different workstation, with a completely different name, that creates modules, and those modules make your hand work better, or faster..... But you have to go to the workbench that controls your drone for expeditions to find that option...... Another example - You are given a little droid that can move things - your own equipment and workstations (great idea), but ALSO things like bushes and trees - this is great, because your energy generators run on plant matter, so, putting all the bushes right next to your energy, allow you to harvest them quickly, and dump them into generator, During the game, in order to advance, it will tell you to "move a vending machine". So you use your little droid and nothing happens, You have to access a menu, that is hidden under a droid icon, and then find that machine, then click move....... BUT, you don't do that on ANYTHING else. You will only find that option because you have literally cut down everything on the world trying to upgrade your little droid, only to find out it can move everything except that specific object. Another example: To upgrade work stations and resources that you build, there is a yellow tab on the top of the input screen (where you select what the machine is doing). It says "Upgrade". Well, some items don't have the tab, instead, they have a round button with an arrow on it.... Honestly, by the time you are done with the game, will rethink all the time you spent grinding thinking that was what you needed to do, only to find that the menus, or the places to make changes, are not consistent through the game (like they were designed by different people, in a different country, using a different language, and they never realized that they were implimenting features differently. There are some half baked ideas (expeditions for one), which allow you to pilot a drone to specific way points to pick up supplies, The supplies are things that are easily found at your base though, so, whats the point? It allows you to access vendors, but there is no "store" for you to visit. Unlike other cozy games, you can't sell things like your crops, so the emphasis on farming is much less - staying fed and healthy is extremely easy. The food doesn't buff you other than allowing you to carry more when fully fed. The bad guys, come in the form of some alien plant that spawns bugs, and those bugs just eat crops or food on growing on bushes - you can go to sleep and ignore them if you want, and if food sources are near their spawn point, they will leave your farm alone. The game doesn't explain this well, but you can easily barricade them with stuff you build and they stay in their little zoned off block of space - way before you get defenses to kill them. Killing them produces resources that you need for upgrades and improvements. But you can never kill the spawn points. The robotic helpers that you can "automate" are nice - but until you build recharging stations and buff their speed, they don't help too much. I have one that just waters the plants (but I have to desalinate the water manually until one of the last upgrades to my water faucet). You can get around this by placing many rain water collection barrels. I have one that just feeds plant matter into the energy generators (saves so much time for me), and one that does the best thing of all in a cozy game..... it collects the stuff that I can't grab because i have run out of inventory space.... It just operates 24 hours a day, grabbing stuff left on the ground, and placing it in a storage chests..... Takes the edge off of trying to figure out what you will drop and leave behind. So, a lot of really good ideas for a cozy game, but the biggest drawback is the wasted time NOT knowing that a menu exists somewhere, with the next step to be done, and you won't find it until you are about to throw your hands in the air and watch youtube videos on how to accomplish a step....
I absolutely love this game! Like the title says, it is indeed a "cozy" survival game. You collect recipes, you build a base, you cook and eat so you don't die (except I don't even think you could die? You might just pass out for awhile...?), and all without Zombies or Werewolves overrunning your base at night trying to convert or eat you! I mean I guess you still have some enemies, but they're pretty easy to deal with. It's a great game with enough challenges and diverse mini-games that you won't get bored, because there's always something to do. I definitely recommend it!
I agonized for a while on whether I Am Future gets a recommend out of me or not. There is a lot of very enjoyable game here, but ultimately I believe the devs' ambition outweighed the systems they had built, resulting in a game that feels bloated and pointless in its attempts to create a satisfying end-game. I Am Future is at its absolute best in the opening act. Getting yourself more space and supplies with meaningful upgrades around each corner and new areas to unlock feels incredibly satisfying and rewarding. I truly appreciated the devs' hands-off approach to setting and achieving player goals: they'll pin a message on your screen saying "go unlock the next zone" and leave you to it. The actual steps involved may be figuring out a new crafting station, a new resource that station requires, some new method or location to find or harvest that resource, and some new tool for that method. And the game's internal documentation is good enough to make this feel like a puzzle and a challenge instead of a wiki moment, rewarding curiosity and very much making the experience feel like the player's own. It's great. And watching the little island of civilization grow and develop is pure cozy-game crack. I was hooked. It's unfortunate that by the end of the game, I was feeling like every task required no thought and existed only as a chore. For example, a late-game cooking quest might ask you to make 5 gyros. Each gyro needs four different components to be cooked individually, from a list that can't be sorted, searched, or filtered, with no cross-linking, and which is not even alphabetized. Each of those components is made up of sub-components that reside somewhere in that same unsorted list, and each of those need materials from farms which can be automatically watered, but not planted or harvested. Of course your crops only grow during the day or night, and take longer than one day or night to grow, so you'd best have built ten of the upgrades that let your planter boxes work during all hours. And that means running an entire rat's nest of wiring around some of the thiccest, most inconvenient, chonkiest-hitbox power poles you've ever seen. That gives you a whole lotta different pieces of intermediate crafting junk floating around, which means it's probably across multiple containers, meaning you get to go through the world's laggiest, slowest, storage system, with menus that can't be re-arranged and don't save your place. In each one, you double-click each necessary item to drag a slider to split stacks, before the rewarding experience of holding down the crafting button for a full fifteen seconds while your gyros pop out one at a time. There are so many other late-game systems I could complain about in the same breath, but I'll spare you. Nothing is wrong per se, it's just a death by a thousand irritations -- as the scale of the game increases, the systems don't grow proportionally with them to give you the necessary tools to feel empowered. The big endgame quests are the same as the ones in the midgame, only worse. I Am Future serves as a warning that a game about exploration and a game about production/automation are not inherently or intrinsically similar, and solutions which work on one side may not be sufficient for the other. There is definitely a lot to see and enjoy here, but for me, it withered beneath the weight of the sprawling, pale bloat that the game grew up into.
I really enjoyed the game at first – taking everything apart, exploring the rooftops, and playing through the story. However, it quickly became very boring. The story is too short and superficial. At the end, all the open questions are answered with a brief text message, which was a real shame. Even taking things apart on the roof was fun at first, but eventually just became annoying because it was always the same thing. The endgame is pure grind; the player's time is completely disregarded. I find it a real shame, as the game truly has the potential to be so much more. If you buy it on sale and don't expect too much, it's okay, but it's definitely not worth the full price.
Fun game with some neat mechanics, like dismantling appliances. Definitely cozy :) felt a little simple overall maybe but I still enjoyed it.
