Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

I dont know how I got here but game good (Breaking 4th wall is based)
Para um jogo que zoa a industria de jogos, ele faz umas decisões de game design bem esquisitas, o que acaba ficando frustrante ao longo do jogo.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 11: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 8 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I took a while to get the hang of the "config" menu, and the controls in general. Some of them seem to not work, or do something very obscure. I also don't like that I can't pull sliders. I know it's from console, but still. In every Rebirth, the "don't turn the camera on your turn" doesn't work. Well, it works, but doesn't affect attacks, or ally-targeted moves/items. You know, 90% of turns. I love the attention to detail with the battle models, though this makes it all the sadder I can't see their mouths when they attack. The assist skills disappear if you breathe in the party menu's general direction. Resetting everything on new game is good and bad, but I wish the default combos were better. The dub's good in terms of voice-acting, but it's weird how jargonized it is. Using it also makes it clear how chatty the game is. I'm shocked how developed IF is. "Traveler" is pretty vague, but they make it important. Nevermind, she's called something in particular. While the game isn't structured to make its lack of story variations too bad, there are still things like the final quest of chapter 2, where the cast complain about enemy count after a maximum of one encounter and Chapter 4 containing a nearly forced grind break for a theoretically-urgent mission. Fake Green Heart did nothing wrong. The DLC characters (bar Histoire) do not affect the story at all, though this is understandable, given Plutia could derail much of chapter 2. They're disadvantaged in the lily system, but not incapable (Histoire only slightly). I only occasionally had to grind, and never more than a few levels. I do think the DLC characters made this easier, though Histoire less than the others. I took about 40 hours to finish the game, though much of that was leaving the game idle; and had 21 achievements. I was around level 55, with my highest level being a level 70-odd Peashy (Plutia was level 67, with Peashy just above her). I had a level 45 out front, I think. Come to think of it, I finished all three Rebirths with 21 achievements. While not perfect, it is cheap.

A Nep-Nep experience in its purest form: silly, simple and uplifting. Basically a JRPG anime girls’ equivalent of a comfort blanket, and also one of those pleasant cases where even the obvious flaws or low-budget looks feel like part of the charm. Re;Birth2 has attempts at serious drama, Re;Birth3 – at moral greyness. Re;Birth1 has neither, and this is its greatest advantage – it’s just a low-stakes adventure with funny yet unobtrusive gags in a bright world inhabited by delightfully random characters. The combat is straightforward yet engaging and can look pretty badass with all the flurry of acrobatic attacks, especially when it comes to the epic super abilities a.k.a. EXE drives. The dungeons are linear and bite-sized, meaning there’s no need to worry about navigation or puzzles like many other JRPGs want you to. I would also argue it’s nowhere near as grindy or problematic as some reviews might lead to believe (unless, of course, you include frequent asset reuse into your definition, but in that case a good chunk of the whole genre is pure grind). On the contrary, it actually offers a smooth and consistent progression all the way up to levels 100+, provided you don’t ignore side activities like optional dungeons and enemies added through plans. No matter where you are in the story, there’s always a boss or an area that’s just right for your party, and the painless world map will let you get to them in seconds. It’s a shame that Neptunia series is in a clear decline today, with a decade of nothing but a string of hit-and-miss spin-offs plus a couple of superficial remakes to show for. Perhaps the developers stopped caring about their breakthrough franchise at some point, or, conversely, perhaps they cared too much and kept putting off working on the next proper entry. It’s still possible the series will rebound or at least regain some ground soon, since recent news indicates that a new mainline title is finally close to being announced. But even if it won’t, we’ll still have gems like this to revisit, relax and recharge whenever we need. P.S. Possibly in line with the game’s meme-worthy silliness, Re;Birth1 (despite itself being a remake of the original Hyperdimension Neptunia game from PS3) got a meme number of reissues and slight remakes over the years, including the PS5 exclusive Re;Verse. While none of its changes give much reason to prefer it over this version even if you happen to own PS5, I can highly recommend listening to its brand new OST additions, especially the title theme, because – along with all the quality music you can find here – it is truly a soundtrack to an Adventure.
