Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.14/day in the week to Aug 26 → 16.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Got it for free on epic many years ago, always enjoyed. It would come back to it about once a year, decided to splurge on the DLC decent team if you’re into genre, definitely prefer this over civilization
As a fan of Civilization games since the very beginning, Humankind does a lot of things right. The combat system is the most innovative and tactically interesting out of any Civilization-type game, and the Eras system is a fresh take on the civilizational progress. The opportunity to change your Civ through the game is a novel idea that really works to make each Era feel more unique and without anachronistic civs (no more Babylon in the 19th century or England in the Stone Age). The one sore point for me is the completely bland and generic AI leaders that have no memorable personas or connection to their civilization. It would have honestly been better to just not leaders at all.
I cannot believe they never fixed multiplayer after five years. Sync issues still, unplayable. What a joke.
Humankind is a fun, novel departure from the done-to-death Civ formula. It's not perfect, but the art, vibes, city planning and diversity of civs and cultures make it worth your time.
bad
Humankind is a curious game: on paper I don't feel like there's much (or anything) to be improved. It feels as if some hardcore Civ V players who felt that Civ V was missing some of Civ IV's charm decided to make a hybrid of them both while throwing in some ideas of their own to bring about the ultimate 4X-strategy game, for it plays (or feels like) a beautiful blend of Civilization V's combat and government customisation mechanics with a touch of Civilization IV's charisma. Add to that Humankind's very own original contributions to the formula (the avatar system and how ageing up lets you choose a different society) and this truly feels like a refreshing take on the genre, far better than Civ VI (and if reviews are to be believed, far better than Civ VII too). But for some reason, Humankind is lacking that extra something that compelled me to keep on playing Civ V and IV for hours on end. On paper I love everything about Humankind, like if I were to think about its constitutive elements, I could find no single major drawback that would make me say you should stay away from it. Yet I also can't find or think of many other reasons to go back to it. For instance, the combat feels great, I love how conquest and expansion works, the whole politics system, religion, etc. but there is something somewhere down the line where the game simply falls short of greatness: at times it feels a tad bland and uninspiring; I don't know if it's the UI or what, but for some reason, the game feels a bit soulless every now and then, like so much ends up revolving around the same mechanics that every match feels the same. I only have twenty hours into the game and I feel like I've seen it all! A huge part of Civilization games is storytelling: every match feels you're chronicling mankind's epic of rising from nothingness to command the globe; it feels like a touching tribute to how far we have come as a species. But Humankind lacks this soul, if you will; instead, it feels like a really polished tabletop game, where the ultimate prize is victory, and sure, along the line you have some bits and pieces of storytelling, but nothing as mesmerising as you could find in Civ V, let alone Civ IV. Still, I feel like Humankind does have the potential to outgrow these limitations. I somehow feel it is *this* close to greatness and I honestly believe it truly deserves that nudge to overcome its shortcomings (possibly in some huge QoL update or another expansion) and claim its rightful place among the titans of 4X games. But for now, it remains a good game, which is a commendable feat on its own. 7.0/10 TL;DR: Good game all around, but lacking that elusive something that made you go back to Civ IV and V; far better than VI, though.
