House Flipper Remastered Collection

I think the graphics look better than the original House Flipper and I like having access to all the DLC's, but I only recommend buying this if you don't have all of the DLC's or you don't own the original House Flipper because it's definitely worth it if you're just starting out with the game. Not having every DLC was the main reasons for my purchase of this game. I also like the addition of voice acting and dialogue read aloud.

I absolutely adore House Flipper 1 and 2. I've done all the missions in both games at least once. But this remaster just wasn't ready for release. There are some QoL improvements but also a ton of graphical issues, and graphics are the whole point of a remaster! Grass and mops look super grainy no matter what graphics settings I use. Mops leave ghost images behind when you use them. Lights create this horrid bloom effect that can't be turned off. Surfaces that shouldn't be reflective, like window sills, reflect like a mirror. Actual metal objects also reflect way too much detail, for example the metal knobs on the radiator. All in all, I'd say this version just isn't worth it right now. Stick to the old one. After reading some of the mixed reviews that were posted, I was rather apprehensive at purchasing the Remastered Collection. I already owned most of the original game (was only missing the Diner DLC,) so I thought... Meh! What the heck! Take the plunge. Glad I did! I've rediscovered how fun and addictive this game is. I'm also enjoying the new content and lovely visuals. Not sure what all the gripe was about as I haven't had a glitch nor hiccup. Oh! And on top of that, I'm not even running it on Windows, but on CachyOS (Linux,) and my Alienware is 6 years old.

bug很多，像是光线问题和错位都是可以接受的，但是在heart valley的关卡里，几乎每一关都要重新玩好几次才侥幸过关，比如垃圾明明全清理了还是97%，任务要求卖的东西凭空消失，而原版没有这些bug，已经严重影响游玩体验

I absolutely love house flipper and house flipper 2, however there have been a lot of bugs during the game, including things not connecting properly and have to keep going back to the office to make things work with the builds I was in progress of doing. I left Winter Hills till last as it was my favourite in the original. I have never been so disappointed in a remaster. There is no sparkle of snow on the paths and the snow drifts feel that they have just been put in as an afterthought, but the worst is the decorations. They are just flat, there is no sheen on what was a beautiful metallic. I was really looking forward to the remaster, but I am so disappointed. It has dented my confidence in the House Flipper game.

Let me start by saying I LOVE this game. But the bugs have made it unplayable...literally. I can no long access the browser to go to the house I was working on to fix up and sell. The menu turns to a different language while the rest of the game remains in English and I am unable to exit the computer. I end up having to CTRL+ALT+DEL to get out of the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no help. I have also run into issues where the furniture being requested in particular jobs show up neon pink, no matter what color i change it to. It has been bugs after bugs, after bugs.

当得知房产达人要出重制版时，我第一时间就加入了愿望单。因为我真的十分喜欢这款游戏，不仅让我享受到了翻新装修的快乐，还真的让我学会了一些简单的家具安装和电路维修技术。甚至我现在的电竞房就是在房产达人里模拟设计后装修出来的。 这部重制版的画面得到了增强；街道上还多出了路人和车辆，让整个城市不再显的死气沉沉；并且给予了老玩家足够的折扣，这一点非常满意。 但是很遗憾的是，原版的BUG也几乎完整保留了下来，玩法上也没有更多的革新，似乎仅仅只是增强了画面而已。 不过这些并不是我最在意的，我真正在意的是一个老问题，就是回家时的加载画面所显示的图片无法动态变更。我买了一栋房子，花费时间来除草、做园艺、翻新、装修，但每次当我完成任务回家等待加载时所看到的图片依然还是那破破烂烂的原始图片，这真的让人十分难受。明明游戏里已经提供了"装修前/装修后"的对比功能，为什么不能再添加一个替换加载画面所显示的图片的功能呢？还是已经有这个功能，我却没有发现？ 如果还没有添加该功能，我真的十分希望制作组能够看见我的期望，添加该功能；如果有这个功能，但是因为我自己没发现，我在这里先向制作组道歉，并希望制作组能够告诉我如何设置。 English: As soon as I heard that a remastered version of House Flipper was coming out, I added it to my wishlist without hesitation. I absolutely adore this game — it not only brings me joy from renovating and decorating houses, but also taught me practical skills like simple furniture assembly and basic electrical repairs. I even designed my own gaming room virtually in House Flipper before renovating it in real life. This remaster features upgraded visuals. Pedestrians and vehicles now wander the streets, breathing life into the formerly lifeless city. I’m also really satisfied that veteran players get a generous discount. Unfortunately, nearly all bugs from the original game have been carried over, and there are barely any innovative gameplay changes. It feels like they only polished up the graphics and nothing else. Even so, these are not my biggest concern. What truly upsets me is a long-standing issue: the artwork shown on the loading screen when returning home never updates dynamically. I bought a house and spent hours weeding, gardening, renovating and redecorating it. Yet every time I finish a job and head home, the loading screen still displays the original run-down preview image. It’s incredibly disappointing. The game already includes a before-and-after comparison feature for renovated homes, so why couldn’t the devs add an option to replace the loading screen picture? Or is this feature already available, and I’ve just overlooked it? If this function hasn’t been implemented yet, I sincerely hope the development team sees this request and adds it in a future update. If the feature already exists and I simply haven’t found it, I would like to apologize to the team in advance, and kindly ask you to guide me on how to set it up.
