Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 24 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

评价为屎。。。 老实说剧情DEI方面我已经无所谓了。但是NMD游戏战斗方面能不能用点心?
It's a tought recommend... even at 20$ I waited 2 years for a sale after the disastrous review. And i'am glad i did ! Did i had an horrendous time ? No. Did i had a good time ? No => The game is simply not working as an RTS! First the campaign : --------------------- It's not as bad as described by many critics tho it's clear the story needed more time to develop, it's way too short and an otherwise good story is crippled by a very short campaign that lacks some time and better staging to be entertaining. Let's talk a bit about the staging because i think this is where the game fails in a terrible manner ! - constant : on rails camera that take off your command at every part of the mission instead of letting you play, it's annoying, really. You are mid fleet battle and all of a sudden while you are giving orders and planning ... Boom, yapping & cutscene... then back to where we were. It's atrocious, like having an ad mid action every 2 minutes... Gameplay : ------------ Here we got another huge problem with the game : it does not work ! => placing your units on the battlefield is a total nightmare. The control scheme and the way units move does not allow you to place units the way you want and you are forced to move individualy every single unit to place them. => Same for fleet formations : it's unpractical because the maps are all too tiny to allow ships to perform formations. You can't orient a lane either, like place a line.. ok ... but if you want to form a line facing a particular direction : you'r are f*cked ! So more often than not you'll end up with units facing backwards or not at all where you want. => The game could have been better without the constant use of terrain in a space game. The first 2 ones did let you play the 3D RTS and you had a lot more agency because of the sheer amonth of space. But in HM3 you got none ! Everything has to be on a giant space station or whatever... Robbing you of any agency you could have in term of freedom or tactics because there is one option to fight in a tunnel. => Even worse is unit pathfinding and stance (agressive / passive) : I cannot tell you how amaze i am to see my artillery missile ships just rushing like maniacs the ennemies... They go just right next to them. WTF ? Graphics are good, radio chatter is good, there is tons of good ideas and you can clearly see what the game could have been with a few month of work, beta testing behind closed door with homeworld veteran... Well you know : doing a dev cycle right to speak the truth. Instead we got a rushed out product half backed that did not needed a lot of cooking to be great. HOMEWORLD 3 : A TOTAL WASTE.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 29: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Story may be a step down for the series but the moment to moment game play and visuals more than make up for it. Plus the modding potential. Well worth it on sale.
Bra RTS
A really great game. I really enjoyed the first and second installments, and in my opinion, this third one follows in their footsteps perfectly. The animated cutscenes are well done, the story is engaging, and I found it perhaps less difficult than the second one (on medium difficulty). Recommended for RTS lovers, especially longtime fans—I honestly didn’t understand all the complaints people have written.
Enjoyable 'Homeworld' style game but the campaign is ridiculously short
Le jeu est mort depuis déjà longtemps !
Decent signle player game
I don't understand the negative reviews. Have they even played the game? ;) great music, cast, dubbing, environment, graphics. Of all 4 parts of HW (including Deserts of Kharak), I probably enjoyed this one the most. Excellent story, too bad it's so short ;)
