Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 24 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

挺好的
So i'm reviewing this purely from a campaign perspective. I'm not really into the multiplayer or skirmish. I get what other reviewers are saying. The game is... average. It does have QOL updates to controls while still having access to legacy to it so the gameplay is what you'd expect from a Homeworld game. Though the lack of unit variety for the Hiigarans as opposed to the Incarnate is a let down that it boils down to just build one type of ship to its absolute pop limit and brute force the enemy. The story was okay-ish? though it felt like you got shoved into something so suddenly. The cinematics for the campaign is awful. The character models look like they are in the uncanny valley. They should've just stick with the old school cinematics or if they really wanted a fully animated cinematics, even Deserts of Kharak was leagues better. Or maybe it's just my nostalgia of the old cinematics talking. Overall, as a Homeworld game it's not bad but it's not good either. Don't expect the story to be of the likes of the previous games though. I still gave it a thumbs up in hopes that they learn from this and for my nostalgia of playing Homeworld.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 29: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

almost as good as the original game play. Story line was ok.
Its not as horrendous as everyone makes out... if you treat it as a game under £5 from a key store... has run well for me on a 3080 with no issues as the story is a little deeper if anything, 3 hours in.
Would prefer a neutral review option, however to put it simply Id recommend buying only on sale and knowing the story is subpar. Graphically incredible. Ships now have abilities, which adds needless micro. Definitely a mixed bag.
挺好的时隔多年Home2终于延续了
Homeworld 3 remains mesmerizing and enjoyable, fully living up to its predecessors. While losing rows upon rows of an entire fleet can frustrate newbies, that alone hardly justifies some of the negative reception—which, of course, was driven by fresh newcomers to the trilogy. Are crybabies really going to leave negative reviews just for the sake of the series' tradition of facing impossible odds, alien tech, and overwhelming force, seriously? Get outta here! True Homeworld veterans have always known that even the smallest Hiigaran victory comes at a heavy price against vastly superior and outnumbering alien tech. And to those who say the graphics are bad—then try buying a new rig, homie!
