Оценки 87 баллов на Metacritic, почти 97% положительных отзывов в Steam, и больше полумиллиона оценок. ГЕЙМПЛЕЙ. В Hollow Knight боевка это Easy to learn hard to master. Она простая: ты бьешь мечом, уклоняешься и используешь заклинания. Но глубина кроется в таймингах. Каждый прыжок, рывок и удар происходит ровно в тот момент, когда ты нажимаешь кнопку. В этом плане игра абсолют. Дизайн уровней и боссов это отдельный вид искусства. Более 40 уникальных боссов, каждый из которых заставляет тебя учиться, а не просто спамить атаки. Дизайн миров это гигантское кладбище целой цивилизаций, которое хочется исследовать снова и снова. МИНУСЫ: Система быстрого перемещение отстой. Точки сохранение и телепорты и расположены так, что бегать приходится очень много. Это искусственное затягивание времени. Старт медленный, как патока. Первые 2-3 часа ты чувствуешь себя слабым и беспомощным, и это отталкивает многих новичков. ОПТИМИЗАЦИЯ И ТЕХНИКА. Технически игра почти безупречна. Она весит 1.3 ГБ, летает на любом железе но есть НО: На некоторых платформах (например Switch) игра выдавала адские просадки до 5 FPS в некоторых локациях. За 9 лет разработчики выпустили патч с поддержкой новых разрешений и улучшениями производительности, но осадок остался. СЮЖЕТ И АТМОСФЕРА. Вот здесь Hollow Knight гений. Сюжета как такового нет. Тебе ничего не обьясняют. Ты безымянной рыцарь в заброшенном королевстве насекомых. И ты сам, по крупицам, через диалоги с меланхоличными NPC и описания древних амулетов, восстанавливаешь историю мира. Историю о сияющем божестве, о древней чуме и о короле, который пошел на чудовищные жертвы. Это гнетущая, депрессивная и невероятно красивая история, которая остается с тобой надолго. Именно за это ее и любят. И я люблю 9.3/10 Это ШЕДЕВР, который стал легендой. Он заслужил свой статус и не за идеальный геймплей (хотя он близок к этому), а за душу. Hollow Knight это одна из тех игр, которая доказывает, что инди-студия может создать классику жанра оставив позади многих AAA-гигантов.

Il est super! Je n'aurai jamais pensé qu'un jeu vidéo puisse m'apporter autant de bonheur. Depuis que j'ai commencé à jouer, ma vie a changé du tout au tout. Je connais désormais l'extase. Bon, j'ai aussi perdu tous mes amis mais maintenant j'ai Hornet. Je recommande à tous ceux qui sentent que leur vie manque de quelque chose.

this game is way overhyped and is essentially just a base platformer with no story. boss fights are fun but thats about it, exploration takes forever, there is no real fast travel unless if you want to go halfway across the region just to get to a travel point, there is a million passageways that are just impossible to get to until you get some special abilities but looking at the map you have no idea, so it makes it impossible trying to find where to go next. I've spent well over 2 hours to find the area that I was supposed to go, and it is supposed to be a story game but unless if you want to search up a 10 hour video about the lore, there is no story, just random characters that don't really contribute anything to the story. most of the game is just walking because the only things that you really do is fight bosses and rarely do parkour. Additionally there is so many random ragebait traps and enemies, there are random enemies that pop out of the ground, pitfall traps with spikes at the bottom, and flying bums that are impossible to hit, this would be fine if it was a rage game, but the thing is that it's not a rage game, it just has rage game features when the rest of it is just walking around mindlessly.
