Every market we collect.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 10 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

"Deckbuilder" is a bit of a misnomer and the combat elements are a bit stiff. What this game does offer is a series of management decisions wrapped up in a very evocative dressing that manages to make the most of the assets it has. The challenge is generally well balanced and the developers have come up with interesting level designs that I've come to years later and feel still hold up. If you like a roguelike game to have a bit more direction and enjoy setting up a strategy with the encounters and equipment you're able to find to pay off while still relying on a handful of luck (though it's really cool how well you can manipulate some of this luck!) then this will be an enjoyable experience. It's a cozy game that plays especially well on the Steam Deck and the narrator is a companion who doesn't have an excess of dialogue options, but they're well timed and delivered. His laugh at my botched pendulum attempts is frustrating but humanizes the experience which is otherwise abstract. I've really come to appreciate this title over time.
Can't recommend just because the random nature of the game. Sometimes everything works agains't you transforming the game into a impossible task. Other times it's just too easy. And the combat don't offer much depth to the game, only serving to break it's pasing.
I enjoy this game a lot. I enjoyed Hand of Fate 1 a lot too. But I am continually frustrated by the same thing in both games. Why can't the dodge roll cancel out of an attack? The enemy AI can stun or cancel you out of an attack, but you have to wait until after the attack animation is finished to be able to dodge. Super frustrating. For a game that depends on brawler mechanics as a key component, this game misses true greatness imo because the player is hamstrung by a missing bit standard brawler mechanics. However, I must say that the changes to "dungeoneering" or moving from card to card, and the other mini games are fantastic!
Initially I preferred the first game, since the first challenges of the story mode in this game seemed more independent from each other and success feels more dependant on randomness at times, but there are a lot of nice changes such as customizing the player's apperance, there being three different weapon types, playing with companions, and food only being consumed upon new encounters. What eventually won me over was the reworked endless mode and also the great ending of this duology. If you enjoyed the first game, I highly recommend checking this out too.
