Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.

Long time fan of the franchise This is absolute dogshyt
Steam really dropped the ball verifying this for Steam Deck. Even on the lowest settings, I have not gotten 15 seconds of gameplay without crashing.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 4: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Booty game don't buy just play the originals if you wan't a halo experience
I wouldn’t waste your money on this. Go spend your money on Halo: MCC for better story and better gameplay. I haven’t even played the new missions yet, just tried to explore what should’ve been a copy/paste and beautification project.
This game should of never been made, and I should of never bought into the BS. Miss the OG Halo.
Dumpster fire
It's not bad, I even enjoyed the new missions, I won't even go into the issues with co-op, this will be a single player review... and even then it has way too many bugs (i.e. second bonus mission is extremely buggy, allied npcs just vanish sometimes and dialogue acts like they are there when they aren't even on the field, game can't keep up if you go too fast sometimes and it breaks a little, some buggy achievements which I will get to) It just... feels like it wasn't even properly playtested, I wouldn't leave a bad review but forcing me to do Keyes on heroic, not counting, once more on legendary NOT counting, and then a third time just deciding ok yeah it works now, its just annoying (and even MORE annoying is that the game has NO way to check which missions you beated in which difficulty so good luck if it happens to you and you gotta go one by one to see which one was it... and bonus points if the mission REFUSES to count it again because then you really have no idea) and when I tried to do the Clean Lap achievement, I had to do it four different times for it to finally work (Look it up, way too many people had trouble with this and other achievements) honestly just stick with MCC, that one works properly I mean its been over a month and a half and still has buggy achievements, imagine finishing LASO, no achievement pop-up and you find out one mission didn't count and you cannot even tell which one since the progress its permanent so can't undo to check back... also I get it, no pvp, co-op only, sure fine... but you could had at least added firefight or more PVE modes... Remix is alright but...
For this game specifically, Steam needs a middle option for recommendations. I have never found myself swinging so wildly between utter annoyance at the direction, to satisfaction, then back. Firstly, the good: - The game looks great in gameplay, it adds a lot of life to the CE gameplay (a game I have been playing for 17 years, and regularly play to this day). My PC is old with specs slightly below the required specs and I can still run the graphics in high without much issue (crashed 1 time in my entire playthrough). - The art style is finally starting to feel like Halo again. - The gunplay is very Halo 5, which is to say its satisfying to pop heads with a magnum or sniper. - The smaller added details, like seeing dogfights in PoA along with other world-extending changes (lifepod crash, Cortana in the core, etc) adds flair to CE. - Actually making an effort to negate the features of the OG that were present due to technological limitations (copy paste rooms, zig zag corridors, mirrored missions (kinda), etc) is a welcomed change. - The Warthog run was great, as well as the changes to the Library. Now, the bad: - The voice acting is uninspired, and the quippy voicelines from Chief in the bonus missions are so out of place for a surgically modified child soldier. Do not get me started on Williams. Somehow, Jen Taylor has got worse at being a VA since Infinite, as this take on Cortana makes her seem like a bored teenager, not a confident/cocky voice in your head to break Chief's silence. Ironically, a lot of the VA's sound like early AI voices. Its clear that unlike CE VA's, these lines were recorded in chunks, without any VA's interacting with each other. - The cutscenes look fan made at times, namely in PoA when the frame is focused on Keyes and the only part of his face that moves is his lips/chin, Chiefs movements/fighting in cutscenes is also stilted and doesn't really put across the fact he weighs almost a tonne (and doesn't have unlimited rounds in his mag). - Johnson (seriously how do you mess his character up) his speeches are waffle and uninspiring, his VA seems like he's doing an Uncle Ruckus impression and the way they just insert him like a Marvel character to talk at marines ad-nosium is hard to watch (hint hint PoA cutscene). - The balancing is absolutely god awful, especially for melee animations. Elites will hit you with single frame melee animations, Hunters somehow have AOE melee, as do Flood Tanks. The AR is your best friend and gives you basically no reason to pick up anything else unless its a power weapon (other than the sniper as its now ostensibly useless due to the fact it can't 1 tap an elite in the head). My first and only playthrough was on Heroic, it was genuinely hard to sit through at times due to how inconsistent the consequences of an attack were. - We're practically being used as play testers for a £50 CAMPAIGN ONLY game, my keybinds reset at the start of every session, for some reason you can't strafe forward-right on the entire Maw mission, the graphics have this odd grain that makes it hard to distinguish what you're looking at in low light or from range, among many other issues play testers would've picked up on in the first playthrough (if they had hired them), the fact there's a shortcut to report bugs kind of says it all. (this is the most egregious one IMO as its basically a rip off). There's probably stuff I've forgotten or left out, but those are my main take-aways as someone who genuinely wanted this game to work out. I know they're already doing Halo 2, which I'm happy about, but I hope to god they take on the criticism that's clearly well founded (and not the whole identity politics stuff) and make 2 the game this should've been. Ultimately, it probably isn't worth the buy at this price due to the limited content and clear teething issues. Either wait for it to be cheap or keep playing MCC with mods.
