This version of Halo did make a few things better, such as the warthog run on the Maw, the entirety of the Library, and the addition of more weapons featured across the franchise. However, the new bonus missions are slop, the enemy AI is terrible, the cutscenes are mixed quality and some are unnecessarily long or just plain cringe, such as the cutscene at the end of the Maw. Johnson's new voice actor is hard to get used to and his character model is atrocious. There is also no multiplayer and the campaign remix mode is not really that interesting for me. The addition of sprint trivializes a lot of encounters as well. Almost all of the bonus skins are ugly and do not fit the game either. Overall, I feel this is another fail added to the long list of terrible games made by 343 Industries, I mean "Halo Studios", and is honestly a butcher session of a Legendary video game. You are much better off buying the Master Chief collection and playing Halo CE that way, plus you get most of the other Halo games as well.

Halo CE but in UE5, loved it.
Läuft extrem instabil. Gamecrashes sind an der Tagesordnung! Zudem ist das Gegnerbalancing grottig. An diesen Wurm- Rücken- Aliens rennt man am besten einfach nur vorbei... wie man das in so einem schlechten Zustand veröffentlichen konnte ist mir ein Rätzel. ALT F4 Uninstall wichtig und richtig! Und dabei hatte ich das Original sogar nie gespielt und bin völlig neutral und unvoreingenommen heran gegangen :D
Solo reseñaré al remake y no al juego per se porque reseñar lo que es Halo CE me llevaría un muy buen rato Lo jugué en dificultad legendaria y de buenas a primeras diría que no es tan difícil como el original, aunque quizá simplemente sea que ahora tengo más habilidad que cuando tenía 10 años. Recuerdo que lo jugaba mucho y si hubiera tenido que elegir un solo juego para jugar para siempre sería este, y heme aquí. La música es excelente, temas como el de la sala de mando en el Truth and reconciliation es increíble así como todo el soundtrack del juego. Me gustan los cambios que hicieron tanto en el mapa, pasillos, cinemáticas etc. Considero que le da más sentido a ciertas situaciones. También a ciertas dinámicas del juego, como el poder elegir cuándo usar las herramientas lo cual da pie a repensar el cómo se pasan ciertas misiones y no quedarse con lo que ya se sabe, lo mismo va para la vida regenerativa, al ya no existir los botiquines y tener por así decirlo “vida infinita” se pueden tomar decisiones más arriesgadas. Los rediseños de niveles que hicieron desde 343 Guilty Spark hasta las Fauces son arte puro En cuanto a los vehículos, tuve que acostumbrarme a maniobrar el warthog con las teclas, hasta que me di cuenta que está la opción clásica en la carrera final jajajaja, todos los demás vehículos están perfectos, que por cierto con un scorpion hasta una partida en legendario se siente en modo fácil En cuanto a los enemigos y aliados la IA de los marines sigue siendo pésima jajaja y el covenant sigue siendo el mismo de siempre sin embargo la sorpresa me la llevé con el flood, no me esperaba que los élites infectados ahora tuvieran escudo y aún peor que las formas de infección pudieran reanimar a cuerpos muertos y como cereza del pastel el agregado de los tanques vuelven un verdadero infierno niveles como la biblioteca volviéndose casi un Doom en ciertas partes y aumentando bastante la dificultad de los últimos niveles Ahora, aún me faltan terminar las misiones extras que son nuevas así que esperen una actualización de esta breve reseña.
