I've been wanting a micheal myers game since they first made friday the 13th game, and i've gotta say. This has a lot of potential, once the bugs are all ironed out i can see this being one of the best asymmetrical horror games on the market
The game takes everything F13 and TCM did well and improves upon it. Michael as well as Civilian gameplay is quite fun in it's own way. I do not mind dying as a civilian as I can understand the premise of the game. Unlike many others, apparently. Everyone who enjoyed F13 back in the day and/or still does to this day will also enjoy this game. Do not be discouraged by the many haters that just can't take losses.

DISCLAIMER: I LIKE THE GAME AND I AM HAVING LOADS OF FUN The gameplay was odd to me at first but once you get it down, it’s super fun. With all of the current bugs and overall mid animations, it makes the game feel more like a friendslop than an asymmetrical horror game. Story mode is awesome, starts off strong and gets repetitive in my opinion, but overall loads of fun, also did a great job slowly teaching me how to play Myers. I would say this game is awesome, loads of fun, but in its current state, I would not recommend the average person get it. Don’t buy it expecting a full game, it has a lot of work that needs to be done and until those patches roll out, like especially the running animations and what not, I will not be recommending this game to just anyone. You have to know all of this before you buy.
My impression of the game is the story feels authentic I like the gameplay and its Halloween for me thats enough
good
I've waited for this game for so long just to play this trash?! We even paid extra bucks just to do Early QA on this game. After 25 minutes of game time I decided to refund this due to its..... NVM Pros: - You can play as Michael Myers Cons: - Constant FPS lags even having above average PC - NPCs are dumb as fck - Boring storyline - Controls are clunky Better save your bucks or wait for them to improve everything.
It's very similar to Friday the 13th it's even as buggy and janky, except that game was 10 years ago, how did this release like this? do devs not playtest anymore? the game runs like absolute dogwater... I'd say it still needs about 6 months for it to be good because it has potential, but knowing IllFonic/Gun this game will be dead and abandoned by then. Seriously how do they keep getting licenses for such big IPs?
I personally think that this game is really refreshing. It´s fun, addicting and time consuming for sure. I do enjoy some of the new features to prevent certain scenarios for e.g that michael can kill someone, that is standing on or near his downed body. I also really enjoy the proximity voice chat. Lot´s of fun scenarios happened because of it. I do think it has a bright future and i hope they keep on updating, adding new content and overall working on the game.
A little buggy but very fun
Game is great! Has some bugs, which will be fixed. Overall, They did it correct with this one. I've been enjoying playing as a civilian and also as Michael. More so enjoying Michael, as he is a natural born killer/the shape. His abilities were well though of, I've had movie moments playing as Michael where the civilian I'm after runs away to find me standing/walking into their path. For balancing, I'm very curious where they take it or if they do any at all. As of right now, It's very enjoyable. No means to change something that isn't broken.
