Reviews
game is good and fun but it crashes randomly, no matter what setting you use, and then after crashing loses half of your progression, instead of being focused on the performance issues within their title, the devs are more worries about pushing out weapon and armor variations, as well as new game modes, so with that i will say, DO NOT BUY THIS GAME, at least until the devs get their priorities in order

I would recommend this game, but this one glitch pisses me off too much. It hasn't stopped for a few days now and I don't get the blood effects on the screen anymore when i get hit. I also can barely die even with damage turned up so if anyone could help, that'd be nice. update: keep your hud at max size
SUPER FUN NEEDS BETTER SPEAR WORKABILITY
very fun game
I really enjoy this game, granted it takes a good half hour to get the hang of it. I will say that it is a lot better now due to the updates, most of the negative reviews on this game is before the update came out. I truly do recommend this game as a fun time waster. My only issue though is whenever I dismember someone there can be a massive lag spike, and with my pc spec that hardly ever happens in any other games at all including heavy hitters such as God of War Ragnarök.
its fun but gore/dismemberment is very buggy stabbing has 0 resistance sometimes weapons clip through lighter armor decapitation can duplicate helmets 5.1/10
The physics are really good, even when they are sometimes not; just make sure to lift your weapon off the ground before dropping it, if you really want it back
I only recommend this if you've played the demo and are a loyal fan already. It's fun, I've been having a great time. Here's my issues however. I have now been stuck at the man at arms tourney for like days now. By the fifth round my hands, usually starts with the left, just don't work and I can't swing a weapon. I haven't been genuinely killed by the AI in this game once, but I've surrendered countless times because I just can't swing the sword or mace anymore. At first, I thought I was cuting myself with the sword by doing the right click, two handed move but after the same thing happening, again with the left hand always, and only during the tourney, even with the mace equipped my hand seems to randomly be cut and unusable. I was really upset when this game was released for almost thirty dollars with almost no content and AMD issues, but I am glad to see the amount of content added now and do understand this is an early release. But this hand issue needs to get fixed. It doesn't even happen in rounds leading up to the tourney, just the tourney itself. I'm wearing gauntlets, yet it seemns like either my hands are just combusting upon any type of impact, or the ai is literally just focusing on my left hand when the toruney comes around. If other players can give me tips, because I don't just want to blame the game, that'd be nice. The last issue I have, ironically, is that I'd honeslty say the ai isn't difficult enough in some cases. Like I said, I've never been killed by the ai, just randomly wounded in a weird spot like when their arms glitch out and all of a sudden their super long spear is pointed directly into my foot. Brawls are super easy, if you want a quick win, just kick the nuts, and done. Even the men at arms duels, riots, etc, are super easy themselves, just the tourney seems impossible... because my hands stop working. So again, awesome work on the game so far, but this hand issue is really starting to grind my gears, because again, I'm not dying, jjust randomly losing control of hands which causes the fight to just be a cycle of bodies ramming into each other until I eventually giove up and restart the tourney. Or what will be super annoying, is when I do actualy see the ai touch my hand with the end of their blade and my character just flops right onto the ground and can't move a muscle, not to say that isn't really realistic, if my fingers were chopped off I provbably wouldn't be able to move either, but it does kind of just looks like the enemy literally taps my gauntlet with a blade and my guy is down and out, give up, restart the tourney. So, I conclude with this, if you've never heasrd of this game before, save the furstration and don't buy it yet, keep watching for updates. If you liked the demo and can't wait, then buy it, but I guess unless you're an mlg, you're going to get frustrated at the men at arms tourney. Thank you for reading, I really hope this game is completed some day and people really start playing it.
