2 biggest reasons im downvoting this game the really poor optimization and the omnitool, even on low settings fps drops to the single digits its common and can easily kill you the second is the omnitool, rather then having multiple tools you have one for everything that you have to upgrade, normally this would be good, but rather then traditionally where you pull it out and wack away at resources instead you go up to them and hold e, this massively slows down resource collecting while being very annoying anytime you need to pick up something next to a resource, i hate this system so much rather then just having us pull the tool out and choose what head we want then mine. its genuinely awful. otherwise its very much grounded one but with more stuff even has most of the stuff (besides tools) from the first game. if they fix the optimization issues i may change this but how slow it is to gather resources in this game because of the tool change idk may leave it.

I really tried to like this game, but I have a phobia of roaches. I even hate saying the word. They have an arachnophobia mode... I don't understand why there's no mode for that phobia. In House Flipper, there was a mode for that and it turned them into glass. Grounded 1 did just fine without them, I don't know why they had to be added without a mode to remove them. Refunding this game, because I can't handle playing it with those things in there. I even tried looking at the mods that "remove" them and the devs nuked that ♥♥♥♥. So, obviously it won't be added anytime soon. On top of that issue, the optimization is really bad still. I have a really good PC and I had to sit there for an hour to try and get my game to run well. I did, but it still crashes,. I saw it said it does that, so it's whatever.

This game has by far the worst type of cross play of any game I have played. All due to Microsoft. In a world where you simply need to send a login code to join a server we must jump through hopes to do so for Microsoft’s entertainment. Unknowingly I left my game on the lobby screen running while I ran out to take care of some things to come back to join my friends on PS5. Here is where I ran into issues. I cannot join them. I cannot see them. We both have Microsoft accounts and are friends. But alas we cannot join up. I then tried to get a refund so I can just purchase this on PS5 because it is now showing 4 hours played (In the lobby screen) I cannot get a refund. Not Steams fault. I am technically outside the refund window. However, I am still stuck. So, would I suggest you play? If you are playing with people from the same system? Steam to Steam, Xbox to Xbox PS to PS? Sure. Anything else? NOPE Stay away. Go play Palworld. You will be much......MUCH happier and less annoyed.

Game used to be good. Now after loading it up with new stuff, the frame rate has dropped to crap and it's unplayable. Yes, I've been through all the settings, flushed the cache. What's odd is that it was running fine until about 3 hours into a new game, now the frame rate is just stupidly low. No explanation. Do not purchase.

feels even more unstable started a new game starting cutting a clover got kicked back to desktop happened over and over again so im done and uninstalling

I've played tons of games, but this one just hits different. Nothing else comes close. Absolutely perfect!
