Great Permutator is a puzzle. Hard and tricky. One in which you will have to build a complex system of conveyors and various devices so that the colored boxes can travel across the factory and arrive at right places and in right order. If you are into clever engineering puzzles, this game is for you.

Makes your head hurt - In a good way. If you loved SpaceChem and adore chip music, this was made just for you :)
I've been working on this game on and off since its release. It's tricky enough that I'm still stuck on the second page of puzzles. And yet, it's easy enough to understand that I can reinstall and jump back into it at anytime. (Unlike other puzzle games that would require me to spend a long time "getting back into it", or else be staring at that one puzzle that made me give up last time.)

A very nice programming-esque puzzle game. Not as straight-up programming-esque as SpaceChem but it uses a lot of similar logic to work out the puzzles. Basically you put together sorting devices with a small space and various function machines. There's a lot of different functions and a lot of creative (and difficult) puzzles put together. With 65 puzzles ranging from easy to pretty damn hard there's plenty of playtime to be had, and solving puzzles under the space par can force you to look for alternate, more optimal solutions, giving the game replay value. The graphics are basic and there's only a few looping music tracks but it's a good game mechanically and I've quite enjoyed it thus far.
I like the concept, but other games do it better. If this sort of thing interests you, check out something like Shapez instead.
+ Difficult puzzle game - No interface explanation. (protip you can toggle which side the switcher starts on). - Extremely difficult - Not that satisfying when you do get a level, as I found it was mostly trial-and-error or playing with the length of converyor belts to create interleaves without clashes. It's often hard to conceptualise how to chain 3 switch blocks etc. I bailed on level 15. I only "recommend" it if you like a really diffiicult challenge. If you like a normal challenge, wait until it's £0.50
Pros: Pleasant music Challenging puzzles Leaderboards Colorblind mode Cons: UI could be better
A hidden gem! A real workout for the brain :)
Great little puzzle game. Some of the puzzles are really challenging, making it really satisfying once you finally solve them. I still haven't managed to solve them all, but thankfully it's the type of game where the mecanics are easy enough to understand, even though the puzzles are really difficult to solve, that I can get back to it at any time to try to progress further. The puzzles can be solved in many ways, allowing you to experiment to find better solutions and climb your way up the leaderboard. The game also contains great achievements that not only track your progress, but also ask you to solve puzzles in different ways to complete extra challenges.
Absolutely love this puzzle game. Hope to see many more games from Artem Ripatti
After several hours of play I get all A+ on the first page. On the second page introduction of the fuse-and-change machine greatly increased complexity so I decided to drop. Actually for an engineer A+ is good enough so I never tried to find the global optimum solution. Also, randomizer is not random at all. Rebooting Windows or even play the game tomorrow will not change the result. The seed of random number is purely based on the path that the boxes take. So neither luck nor replaying the level will help with randomizer level, which does not sound like a real randomizer for me. 10/10 for workflow (they really "flow" on the conveyor lol) design and the price
