Gravity's Edge

I'm ready to be a Kassler! Gameplay reminds me of those new grounds games in a good way. Interesting platforming and pretty cool art direction. Nice little game here for a nice little price.

A fun game with a lot of potential. I don't have a controller so I was using the keyboard controls and they could def be improved at a base.

This game randomly showed up in my social feed during development, and I immediately became interested when I saw that the game would be a chance for me to learn about a new culture. I sincerely feel like this kind of work is more important now than ever, as I know from personal experience that learning about people different from yourself can lead to the labels falling away and allow you to view people as a human being first. Also, the trailer made me instantly think of the game Dandara based on how the character was moving around, and that can only be a good thing. This game is priced very affordable, and I hope it gets the attention it deserves because this is a developer I'd be interested in keeping an eye on. Anyone who can create an experience that feels fresh and unique while also having the potential to improve the world is someone worth supporting. I genuinely hope the people that need to see this game do, and give it a shot. [I will update review after completion and once I write a more comprehensive review of the game itself rather than the concept.]

Soundtrack is great! Gameplay is relaxing.

A fun experience! In what visually feels like a homage to alien hominid and other awesome games from the newgrounds era, Gravity's Edge utilizes Mario Galaxy style platforming (in 2D) along with shooting to create a cool world. Love the Jamaican dialogue, too! The Steam Deck controls feel a bit weird/I wish I could remap things, but that's something that can come at some point down the line. All in all, if you're reading this, give it a try!

The multiplayer is really addictive! It really evokes a classic survival feel and can barely make it past wave 12

I just picked this up on sale and I can already tell this is going to be my new favorite indie game! It has great art direction and a fresh, addicting gameplay loop. The game is easy to pickup, but it has a surprising amount of strategy to keep you engaged. Cant wait to see more from this developer!
