Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 3 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I have got a bit of a thing for the Civil War as some people do and have a handful of games that represent it in my library, none of which I have ever finished. I am on my 3rd run through on this one and loving it. It is sublime and fun, complex, cute, and very well executed. The A.I. is a little weak in some areas but i have yet to find one that excels in everything so I cant really knock it. Well done the Devs', a very good and worthwhile effort. I can see it being one of my favourites for some time to come.

very addictive and in depth. a must for civil war buffs
the customizing of unit from the colors to the uniform and the names are really cool and really feels like you make your units yours the whiskey and lemon DLC makes for a fun roleplay aspect, the weapons you can feel great especially the Enfield and i'm very excited to see what they do for the sequel
like the game. im having a blast while playing it, atleast for now. cool to make diffrent unit sizes and arming them up from ordered weapons pool. hope the new napoleonic title will include multyplayer battles and campaingn..... but im interested anyways.
LIKED THE GAME\ BUT VERY COMPLEX TO PLAY THE WHOLE THING
A masterpiece.
Bought this game aspiring to be Gen. Grant. So far the man in the mirror looking is Gen. Braxton. 10 hrs of painful learning experience. Preserve the Union!
From an initial play, the campaign feels quite intuitive for someone very familiar with strategy games but it the battles feel a bit awquard. especially selecting, moving and positioning troops. - Very similar to Strategos in this instance I really like the courier & bugle system for issuing commands. Pros: Deep campaign & the battle system has a lot of potential cons: the battle system feels very clunky in it's current state & some of the campaign systems feel a bit awquard. Overall, with a bit of polish, this could be really good & is a very solid effort for a first game in this genre and stands out compared to similar strategy games such as HOI, the Total War Franchise or the Wargame or the Steel Division games. Currently I couldn't recommend it at full price but it should be worth getting if it is on offer.
