About
You are a Living Spark surviving inside fragile wooden vessels that splinter, collapse, and catch fire. When your vessel breaks, the Spark escapes. Death is just a change of scenery.
Ride a cursed elevator into shifting underground ruins with your crew. Smash furniture for resources or feed them into the Grinder for gold. If everyone breaks, your loot is lost.
Trolling can become your friend’s demise. Dropkick enemies or “accidentally” launch your ally’s Spark out of their vessel. Block them in a monster-infested corridor or get stuck in the crossfire. Will your group handle the chaos you created yourselves?
The deeper you go, the worse the Rot becomes. Bodies warp. Voices distort. Emotes become…worse. Or possibly better?
The Deep Layers are filled with Corrupted vessels, reacting to sound, movement, and each other in ways that are impossible to predict. Fight. Build. Run. Panic.
When your vessel breaks, you stay in the run as a Spark. Guide your team through the dark and search for another host with a new set of abilities. Force your way back in before you fade out completely.
Everything you haul back rebuilds your Outpost. Unlock interactive furniture, stat upgrades, rescued survivors, and stranger ways to survive the next descent. The stronger the outpost becomes, the deeper you can afford to go.
Go deeper. Extract more. Leave someone behind. Make it back and build together.
Or don’t come back at all.

This game has so much potential. Ive had a blast with the bois and even solo runs. Cant wait to see what the devs are cooking up next.
I would recommend this game although I do agree with one of the previous reviews in a sense of if the game is shown as not early access they should at least have all of the floors open. The gameplay is great and I love the art style and the concept. I don't consider this "friend slop" because it can be difficult enough and enjoyable enough to play alone so you don't need people to make this game fun. A couple things I think they could add is more decor to make the home look better and maybe being able to turn objects more freely instead of only rotating from left to right. Overall I would recommend this game to everyone for $8 if you only got 5-10hrs of gameplay you got your moneys worth but this is fun enough I have done more than a couple play through with different friend groups.

This is everything other friendslop extraction games should be. It can be played solo and you don't lose progress on your stats if you die. You will lose items, but you're never starting from scratch. The boss battles are really enjoyable and challenging. I also love that the game has interesting lore. It's surprisingly serious despite the name. You gain silly "brain rot" emotes as you become infected with the Grain Rot, but that's such a small part of the game I forget it's there. I'm excited to see where the storyline goes!
Hellow! *Spoilers* I wanted to let you know the many kinks and again the lack of storyline is an issue as it does not feel complete. I have managed to get down to the 15th floor soloing. I have pictures of different constructs that you can get passed the 10th level. I have some screenshots of what legendary looks like and maybe a hint of how to progress further in the storyline but its just speculation at this point. The only hint given is go deeper. I'm not sure how far anyone else has gotten but I hope this helps. I will continue to add more info if wanted but I hope no one is discouraged by it.

broo those who want to play this game, i will say this game is way better co-op game than other co-op game, why? this game co-op is something bro if u already playing like 30-50 co-op game with ur friend u will know the different. but this game i will recommended to those who playing with your friend, thank you dev for the game but can the update little faster hehe need more furniture, more harder boss, more story and the most i want is more upgradeable room (uhmm can we get achievement?)
Honestly, this game has so much potential and promise, and I'm hoping the devs do right by it. Like? The tidbits of lore you get, and the gameplay loop itself - descending into depths ravaged by the Grain Rot to bring back what you need to keep your home and harbor afloat. It doesn't feel so challenging it gets exhausting, and it doesn't feel so dull it becomes forgettable. But honestly I'm mostly interested by what they're going to do in the future. Like? You have a character mention the buildings "forgetting" their purpose, and becoming something else. Mention traversing the Scorch, going out beyond where you are now. Even if that's a year, two years down the line, I'd love to see it more than just a throwaway line of dialogue. Because it has promise, not just from a horror standpoint, but from a worldbuilding and gameplay one. As it is, it's a very solid game with a good start. You rebuild, you traverse, you try to be quicker and meaner than the creatures hunting you. It's not like R.E.P.O or anything else, it's its own unique game. I just hope it's able to keep that momentum.
