About
You are a Living Spark surviving inside fragile wooden vessels that splinter, collapse, and catch fire. When your vessel breaks, the Spark escapes. Death is just a change of scenery.
Ride a cursed elevator into shifting underground ruins with your crew. Smash furniture for resources or feed them into the Grinder for gold. If everyone breaks, your loot is lost.
Trolling can become your friend’s demise. Dropkick enemies or “accidentally” launch your ally’s Spark out of their vessel. Block them in a monster-infested corridor or get stuck in the crossfire. Will your group handle the chaos you created yourselves?
The deeper you go, the worse the Rot becomes. Bodies warp. Voices distort. Emotes become…worse. Or possibly better?
The Deep Layers are filled with Corrupted vessels, reacting to sound, movement, and each other in ways that are impossible to predict. Fight. Build. Run. Panic.
When your vessel breaks, you stay in the run as a Spark. Guide your team through the dark and search for another host with a new set of abilities. Force your way back in before you fade out completely.
Everything you haul back rebuilds your Outpost. Unlock interactive furniture, stat upgrades, rescued survivors, and stranger ways to survive the next descent. The stronger the outpost becomes, the deeper you can afford to go.
Go deeper. Extract more. Leave someone behind. Make it back and build together.
Or don’t come back at all.

THE GAME IS IN EARLY ACCESS after a certain point the quests stop. The game NEEDS to be Labeled as EA! Wish I could refund it.
This game is actually so much beter than I ever thought ! I honestly expected something a bit half baked and maybe something like a mediocre friendslop, however I was pleasently surprised by how good this game is. The gameplayloop basically consists of you going down an eleveator into the "deep layers" where you can break stuff for scraps or sell stuff for money. You need scrap to build stuff and money to buy weapons, healing or other utility things. The idea is that you renovate your outpost, which you can do by crafting furniture and decor by using the scrap you collected in the deep layers. You can make astoundingly beautiful rooms like that. Furthermore I was worried that the building is like the only insentive to go down, and well it kind of is, but when you renovate a room, it gets upgraded, which in turn also let's you buy rarer stuff from the shop, upgrades your health, stamina, stamina regenartionc, attack power etc. It's a really cool and rewarding concept. On top of all that you can get very creative in the deep layers. There are some enemies, which I think are very cool designed and all work differently (granted there could be more of the to give a better variety). You can run away, kill them OR also build some stuff in their way to slow them down. If they do manage to kill you, you can find a new, smaller body that has a special ability to continue your run. You can also do this while you are still alive, by switching your body using your spark (which I like to do when I don't have a good weapon yet). There are many ways to play this game. In addition the level design has to be one of the best I haver ever seen in such a similair game. It is incredibly varied, with dangerous traps and also hidden passages (sometimes in the floor, sometimes a barred off hallway or even in the ceiling, a hidden stash of money. I believe there are like 3-4 different biomes (don't quote me on that, I think I have just experienced those, if there are more, sorry !) and they look amazing really. At last I really like the quests we get. We have a charming robot with us in the outpost, who gives us quests, like find a key or a companion of his in the deep layers, or get rid of the rot in the second floor. Funnily enough you meet some other characters along the way, who are incredibly charming. What they should definietly improve upon, apart from the enemy variety, there are in my opinion, not enough buildable items. You can build shelfs, but barely have anything to stock them up with. Its hard for me to come up with layouts of a room that don't all look the exact same cause there just isn't that much variety yet. Aside from these two points there is not really much to complain about tbh. This game is indrecibly polished with a lot of fun and variety to play this for hours on end. If they manage to imporve the two things I mentioned, I think it could be even better !

Feels like an early access game, but apparently it's the full release? there's a good game in here but it as it stands the story just kinda ends feeling unfinished, the building mechanic is nice but there's only so much you can do with the limited blueprints you can unlock. there seems to be an upgrade mechanic to your weapons but again it feels under developed. there are so many things that feel like they have a lot of potential but if this is a full release game then it's just not good enough. if it was an early access game all these things would be forgivable but this is supposed to be a full game and it just doesn't feel like one
Doesn't even deserve the title of friend slop. It's just an incredible game. There's so much more to do in it than you think, even just on the release (And it will get better with updates obviously). 10/10 buy.
This game is not a full release game. Halfway through the quest just ends in a jarring fashion. And what's worse is that at the time of the release there was nothing anywhere showing that the full content wasnt in the game. Played for several hours and then had to go to the discord to figure out why I couldnt unlock certain parts of the base and why I couldnt progress the story line. It wasnt until a week after the release that a roadmap was released. Super shady. If the quest line and third floor arent going to be released until October then dont release the game until October or release as EA. Will not change my review even when game is complete.
I don't give a 10,- € Game a negative review often but I have to this time. I will compare this game to Repo to make the point that there is no reason at all to buy this if repo exists and is available. 1. The game is not complete, it is an early acces game. They sell it as a 1.0 release and that is a lie or delusional. The game ends after the second floor, acording to the forum posts, devs in discord said the third floor cannot be unlocked. It is bare bones and incomplete, there was so much more content and diversity in repo from the start which advertised itself as early access. This here is a beta. 2. Weapons and Tools break by looking at them for too long. It is annoying how fast stuff becomes useless. Repairing and refilling apparently is a feature later unlocked in game. Befor that re-buy constantly, what a dumb decision. 3. Monster do not loose aggro ever. I at some point started to notice that I could not loose monsters that aggroed on me so I started paying attention specifically to it. Just to be sure it wasnt a fluke. It wasnt. Monster who havent seen you for a solid minute still know which direction to take they never loose you. If another player doesnt draw their attention they never loose you. 4. The game has Level ups, They give you cosmetics here and there, thats it. 5. The game has no hiding system like repo but combined with the fact that monsters spawn inflationary often and your weapons break down fast, and you cannot hide.... I was thinking about multiple other points to name but honestly, I wasted enough time on this, I regret the 10 bucks.
