Last I played was Aug 15th 2019, the Remake made it so easy I had to come back to play the original! Well worth it!

An absolute classic that helped redefined the genre, mainly in the openess and freedom of things, from the world to quests and story. I've been trying to set it up on Linux. Its a bit of a pain, doesnt work straight out of the box, you'll need to subscribe to the beta and choose the workshop version. Then go to the workshop and install the d3d mod and you're good to go.

40 часов в римейке и почти 30 часов в оригинале. шикарная игра. одна из лучших в которые я вообще играл. жаль тогда в 2001 она мне не зашла. супер!!

A classic.

If you're thinking this game looks cool in a early 2000s kind of way, you're right. This game is actually insanely fun. For an RPG, all the NPC have voice actors, you get to make decisions on your own path, great story and a worldbuilding that got me hooked, needless to say there's a lot to this game. I've genuinely been loving this. Not only is the game itself fun, but it also has Workshop support, so modding is THAT easy. HOWEVER, if you decide to purchase this game, it might not run until you take about 5 minutes to do steps to make it playable. I promise you it's worth it. The controls are also not to my liking, personally. So I just went to the workshop and did the controller mod, which makes it SO much more playable. I know, older game from 2001 isn't immediately playable out the gate for 20 bucks, but it is well worth the 5 minutes to set up for the hours of gametime you'll have.
