Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Aug 17 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Going Under is a satirical dungeon crawler about exploring the cursed ruins of failed tech startups. As an unpaid intern in the dystopian city of Neo-Cascadia, you’ll wield office junk as weaponry as you make your way through the offbeat procedural dungeons beneath your company campus.
Failed businesses no longer just cease to exist--they sink beneath the earth, and their employees are cursed to wander the halls for eternity as monsters. It’s your duty to put these monsters out of their misery and repossess their assets--so that your boss can afford a new car, or something.
Battle through the remains of failed startups themed off of gig workers, dating sites, and cryptocurrency. Uncover the true motives of your employer, a carbonated drink startup known as Fizzle, and their parent company, a subscription box manufacturer with an army of helpful shipping drones. Make friends with your co-workers! Hire a freelance goblin! Date a slime! Invest in crypto! Set a rideshare on fire!
In the dungeons of Going Under, almost everything can be used as a weapon, from laptops to brooms to body pillows. Proper weapons can be found as well, but even they can break at a moment’s notice if you aren’t careful. Playing cautiously and picking the right weapon for the situation are musts if you intend on surviving your internship.
And you thought your boss was a monster. At the bottom of the dungeons lurk the founders of the cursed startups, getting rich off of investments while their employees fight amongst themselves. Defeat them and return to the surface with their enchanted relics to empower the company you work for.
As you explore, you’ll encounter powerful Skills that change the way you play. Learn them at the Cafe and they’ll show up in future runs. Use a Skill often enough, and you’ll get it “endorsed” and available to start your expeditions with. Combine multiple Skills for crazy synergies, and you’ll be cleaning house in no time.
Complete Tasks for your co-workers to gain Clout with them and unlock their unique bonuses. Learn more about Neo-Cascadia, the origins of Fizzle, and how the drone shipping empire known as Cubicle came to dominate the city. Can you save your company and yourself from going under for good?

I 100% recommend this game with the discount price (C$5 or under). It actually is a steal at that price. Fun to play, challenging at times, and has a great art style. I played it at least a year after I finished Another Crab's Treasure, and I can see a lot of that game in this one. Including some of the sound effects haha. This game has a lot of areas to polish, both gameplay wise and in terms of progression. So while I wouldn't recommend it on the full price (C$22), I do recommend on its regular discounted price.

It's decent at best, since the game it's just spinning a coin. Props for the artstyle, Corporate Memphis is such a bizarre and unique pick of design a videogame would use at best glance, BUT, besides that, the game tears appart when you get inside it more. The story is decent at the first half, you meet the employees, kill ppl at the dungeon so you can pick a funny looking thing to your manager, learn that y'all are going under (THEY SAID THE TITLE HOW FUNNY!!!!) , and then everyone becomes fish-people for some reason and you can't change it back. but after that half is done, the rest is just "Oh! the big company is EVIL! AI is BAD! everyone is JOBLESS and SAD!!" and then it becomes a strange mix of a forgettable shonen-anime and big evil company as a ambience and now focusing of making fun of the game itself rather than a proper end of a story, "What the heck is happening" I remember telling myself after the second half of the game started. The combat, eh, it's fine, it works like a dark souls type, you attack, you throw things, you roll, and you punch when disarmed, the only real complain i have is that the game is just A GAMBLING MACHINE ITSELF. The items, weapons and upgrades for your runs are literally behind rng, weapons break so you are constantly changing weapon after another, so the game can fill you with trashy weapons it can screw you over even if you are playing well, some upgrades have really vague descriptions so you don't know what do they actually do, and you really can't do much besides imploring a good floor after you beated one The dungeons are decent, Jobling is fun and simple, Winkydink doesn't spice things up besides fire, ice and charming, And styxcoin is the worst, without questioning. you have a 2nd money that can lose or gain value and with that you sell it to gain real money, and how does it work? RANDOM GENERATED NUMBERS, So you can have runs that the money is devaluated ALL THE TIME, and you can't do something about it besides buying things with the 2nd money but THAT is also screwed up since you can only buy 3 THINGS per each shop and money, along side with the MOST ANNOYING ENEMIES OF THE WHOLE GAME, styxcoin is hell and you can't do nothing about it. Imposter mode only shows more problems the core of the game has, a marathon of the 3 dungeons of the game along with their bosses makes the game longer, making runs practically 50/50s, either is a cakewalk, or you get sabotaged at the 2nd half and lose for some random trash the game gave you. Overall, the game is unfair with you, and not in a fun way.

Such a gorgeous game packed full with flavour humor. The accuracy of the corporate stuff is shockingly hits too close to home.
Enjoyed it, what I imagine being a no paid intern for a tech company on the west coast feels
Pros: - Characters are cool - The concept of a game like this is really interesting to play - It's made by Aggro Crab Cons: - Generic company artstyle - A lot of dialogue - Many of the powerups are awkward to use or extremely specific - Repetetive gameplay loop (broken up by different areas) - Music gets very boring after a bit - Things are glitching into the wall a good bit (not to the point where it's unplayable, but to the point where you don't understand why it's happening) - The weapons break (and extremely quickly at that), which can be REALLY annoying when you've found something you like. Why even have weapon modifiers if they are going to break so fast anyways? - Can be very difficult at some points Overall I don't hate this game but I would say there's a lot about it that makes it difficult to like. If you want to try the game despite what I've said go for it but it's not the game for me.
