About
You’ve landed the dream job - mayor of a picturesque town rife with potential. Congrats! The spec promised rolling hills & friendly locals. What it didn’t mention was that the place is a total fixer upper.
So, roll up your sleeves and take charge as a hands-on mayor on the go. Plan neighbourhoods, place buildings and transport routes, welcome visitors, and turn them into happy, productive residents.
Watch your town grow and blossom, then keep it running when things get busy, messy, or go wonderfully sideways.
Lay down your streets, then place businesses, homes, and services where they’ll thrive. Welcome tourists, keep them happy, and give them plenty of reasons to stick around and make your town their home. Hire workers, keep shops stocked, and make sure the money keeps flowing, then upgrade, expand, and unlock new ways to help your town flourish.
Tailor each business, industry zone and building configuration to suit your wants and needs. Assign workers, optimise supply chains, set-up logistics networks and watch your systems go from strength to strength. Will you let automation do the heavy lifting, or will you be the Mayor of Micromanagement?
As mayor, you deserve the perfect place to call home. Dive into immersive house customisation with full 360° placement and a handy colour picker, so every corner looks exactly the way you want it. Need a new look while you work? Step into the Change-O-Tron. Your mayor. Your style. Trinicorncycle optional (but encouraged).
Play solo for ultimate control over your town, making every inch exactly to your liking, or team-up with up to four mayors in online co-op, mixing local and online play for just the right amount of teamwork and chaos. Chat, emote, and ping your location to rally help when things get busy. Just don’t spend all your time running each other over.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Fun to play co-op with my hubby :) Although it does get annoying when he keeps running me over with the bike lol.
You know how Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley are like, ALMOST good, but eventually just end up sucking because the people who made them can't quite figure out the loop that feels *fun*? Go-Go Town figured out the loop. *addicting*
Played with my wife 4 hours non stop on the day we purchased it, she was exploring and finding tons of items while i was decorating and building new supply chains. This game doesn't have timers, hard limits or consequences, just cozy and relaxing town building. You have some objectives to work towards, when you complete those objectives you unlock new tools, buildings, and crafting recipes to make more valuable items for the shops. We are really enjoying the pacing. Even if you plan to play this game alone it is totally worth it, the perfect game to play on a weekend after a busy work week.
It's fun! According to Steam reviews, the soundtrack is millennial trash, which must be why I like it so much. The upbeat music with the townies bopping their way through town is just a vibe. It sets the pace of the game, which is all about fast unlocks and progression. Numbers go up, make pretty town. There's a bit of exploration (the hedge maze was cool), but nothing amazing. I'm shelving it for now because the management aspect is just a little too shallow for my liking. I like numbers go up, but I like a management challenge to really sink my teeth into. The early game without couriers can be busy and somewhat tedious, transporting materials across the map, but once you get couriers, everything pretty much automates itself. I'm sure it gets more complex in terms of crafting trees, but it's ultimately gonna come down to making more stations and hiring more workers, which is all gated by tiered progression gates, making it feel a bit like I'm on a treadmill. Fun, cute game. I recommend it if you like the vibe from the screenshots and trailers and want a casual town builder with great decorating and light automation elements.

A solid, really simple, cozy city builder. Think Animal Crossing but with more focus on automation & city building, do not start thinking City Skylines/Sim City, this is on the ground, literal building out your city on the ground piece by piece. This is extremely family friendly. A great recommendation for family playing with children who show interest in games like Animal Crossing. Great customization, solid game feel, and so far great progression. The only thing I really, really do not like is how generic the music is. It feels like listening to a royalty free music for a youtube video to the point it actually moves the music from complimentary/background to annoying & standing out too much. You'll know it when you hear it. I also don't I don't like decorations not affecting score and visitor satisfaction. Even in comfy, slow builders like this It's annoying when placing things, it's a just for the player to notice thing. Town to City is the perfect example of where even little brushes and trees increase the general area's happiness. A more challenging mode where you would have to tend to plants, infrastructure, and other things like you do garbage would be nice for those looking for more bite.
That was a lot of fun. 30 hours for all achievements. Definitely a good deal imho. I saw a lot of people complain about how the game is too easy and what not...what did you expect when you looked up the game, doe? If you want hardcore management with a frustrating reset every hour go play Banished or Frostpunk. This is exactly what it looks like. A very casual and cozy game with tons of love and little gimmicks on every corner. It oozes atmosphere in every corner, it has some little easter eggs to discover and the fact that you don't have to stress or fear to fail is what makes it perfect. Also huge respect for the dev who is not only active in the discussion forum to help out people but also on reddit. Definitely worth it imho.
