About
Whether you are drawn to the lands of Gloomhaven by the call of adventure or an avid desire for the glimmer of gold in the dark, your fate will surely be the same…
Lead your band of mercenaries through this unforgiving place, where every choice is crucial. Carve your way through terrifying dungeons, dreadful forests and dark caves filled with horrific monsters to reap your rewards… or die trying.
Sell your sword to anyone who can afford it, may they be city officials or corrupt cultists. You are paid to get results and not ask questions. Where will you draw the line?
Gloomhaven is a tactical RPG and a digital adaptation of the ultimate strategy board game by Isaac Childres (the highest-rated board game of all time on ). Set in a unique medieval dark fantasy universe, Gloomhaven rewards strategic planning and problem solving. Face this dark world alone or in online co-op for up to 4 players!
Explore the world in a band of 2 to 4 mercenaries. Each of the 17 unique characters comes with their own skills and more than 1,000 different abilities to master! Prepare your deck of ability cards before setting out to explore the dark caves and dreadful forest of Gloomhaven through quests and events.
Once inside a dungeon, engage in tactical turn-based combat by selecting two cards for each mercenary on every turn. You can only use the top half of one and the bottom half of another, so plan accordingly!
Move up your hired blades on the hex grid terrain to take advantage of the dungeon’s environment. Set up deadly combos and unleash devastating powers but be wary of the cost. Cards are a resource as scarce and crucial as your life points, so watch out for exhaustion. Every choice has life or death consequences.
Hone your abilities during the game with enhancements and perks, while your power increases with level ups and new equipment. You need every advantage you can to survive here. So, gear up your band of mercenaries, chase powerful artifacts, buy the favor of the Great Oak, and never let your guard down.
Adapted from the original Gloomhaven Board Game, this branching campaign of 95 story missions pits your greed against your morality. Many powerful opponents are vying for control over the city of Gloomhaven while others are looking for ancient crypts and forgotten artefacts. You could always side with the inhabitants, but it may not pay well…
Whatever your path may be, it will be paved with difficult choices.
Created in collaboration with the community during the early access, the Guildmaster adventure has more than 160 digital exclusive missions that allow you to experience another facet of Gloomhaven with new storylines, quests, map and NPCs.
Lead your guild of mercenaries in a region overrun by unspeakable things, far worse than simple bandits.
Choose the best combination of mercenaries for each fight and follow their character stories in this deadly new territory.

Punishing tutorial where you will do as told or repeat until you DO AS YOUR TOLD. Start the first mission and get punted into the hardest sodding mission just because the designers felt like jacking themselves off on your struggles. Waste of my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time and a nice headache to boot.
I've just started but I can tell the technical side of the game isn't very good. Undo is very limited -- instead of the strongest possible "you can undo if you have no new information", it's very basic. The tutorial has some very odd levels, e.g. one where you are supposed to find a space so that no one attacks you -- the space is supposed to be the door, but that's something you cannot know / in real game there would be a risk of getting enemies in the other room in very inconvenient positions. The combat animations are hella slow; the game asks for confirmation all the time instead of giving us good undo. When you lose in tutorial, you have to wait a bit for it to register; you cannot restart immediately (even if you go ESC you can't restart). I know that if I were to play this solo, I wouldn't. We'll see if it is good enough for our group as a whole

Every market we collect.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 4 → 3.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

My sister and I have been playing this game together since we got the game. I absolutely love the fact that we can play on the computer while my husband can play on the xbox with us. I love that the cinematics allow us to be immersed in the game whereas the board game is more theater of the mind. I love the ease of picking characters and figuring out how to play each one. Having been introduced to this world through the board game Jaws of the Lion, I love that each of your characters can and will retire allowing introduction of new classes and characters.
Horribly buggy multiplayer. Constant disconnects and game crashes years after the full release is unacceptable. Don't buy this.
Early game is unbalanced like crazy, do not waist your time. It asks too much of you
Мда, и этот кал топ 1 бгг. Сколько прошло ее людей? Ничтожное количество. Доказательство несостоятельности системы оценивания.
Multiplayer does not function. Constant desyncs that prevent playing the game. My friend and I got through a scenario fine but the next time we played i could not play a session without dropping. Gloomhaven is a very fun game and singleplayer works ok but multiplayer is completely nonfunctional so do not purchase
This game is very well adapted from the board game to PC. In that regard, the work is excellent. However, what really hurts the experience is the gameplay. At times it feels like the person responsible for the UX and UI was someone's important relative. Main issues: The game crashes on its own, claiming there are network problems. The way you transition between moves or undo a sequence is one of the worst implementations I've seen. The game tries to be “smart” and chooses actions for you, such as picking a +1 turn bonus instead of one that doubles the damage and would kill the enemy.
Love Gloomhaven in general and as it can be hard to make time to meet up in person, this online version is a very convenient alternative. The game can occasionally be a bit buggy, but most of them have a quick fix. If you have already played the board game I would recommend getting the DLC for a bit more diversity with the mercenaries. All in all a lot of fun to play and cool designs. If playing the Soothsinger I highly recommend zooming in and out while they are playing a melody for extra nice sound effects.
I am cautiously giving this game a Positive rating...with a caveat for online play. We constantly experience disconnects when playing cross-platform...at least two to three times if not more. At first, we thought it was due to Internet stability...but even that is not always the case. With that being said, the game seems to be a faithful translation on the physical board game. Once this digital version was available, it just made it so much easier for friends to play together and promptly had me giving away the game.
