The 22 official levels are just the tutorial. The actual game is the level editor and the millions of community levels built with it. Some of them are genuine art. Some of them are war crimes. Music is way better than a $4 game has any right to have. Half those Newgrounds tracks are permanently stuck in my head. Complaints: ship and wave sections still feel floaty and imprecise, especially on PC with any input lag. Loads of hard levels lean on memorizing blind jumps instead of actually reacting to anything, which isn't difficult, it's just tedious. Finding good community levels is a pain, the browser is a mess and everything rated is Extreme Demon nonsense nobody can play. Also RobTop took six years to ship 2.2, so don't hold your breath for the next update. 9/10. It will make you angrier than anything else you own and you'll still keep opening it.
