The game just won't stay at either 60 or 30 fps no matter how much I lower the graphics and texture streaming is absolutely awful. I spent half of my playtime trying different combinations and restarting the game over and over again (Yeah, a couple of options require full restart in big 26,wtf). Plus it automatically linked my steam and my xbox account unlocking a ton of achievements that I wanted to get again playing the campaign. As a cherry on top after hating this game for hours i gave up and played the original version instead, turns out this game's art style it's nowhere near the original that's far superior and that I can also play in my 20 year old console or a far superior free native version on pc. I regreted buying this so bad lmao
I don't know if GOW 1 was really bad, and I just liked it because I was a kid, or if it was awesome, and this remake is just really bad. Either way if you played multiplayer as a kid and want to hop on before Eday I wouldn't waste the time LOL

Не рекомендую именно эту версию игры. Критическое количество багов что заметно влияет на геймплей. Абсолютно тупой ИИ как врагов так и союзников, боты будут бежать к врагам жопой к верху сами знаете для чего, а ты потом должен бежать их и лечить. Отдельный разговор бои с Берсерком. Первый и второй бой прошли у меня с багами. В игре полностью ломает скрип на момент встречи с ним, не идет выполнение задач и берсерк на тебя не реагирует. Отдельный разговор это бой в оранжерее, где даже перезапуск не помог. Скачайте оригинал. Намного качествее чем это дрисня
Un remake con alma de remastered. Con eso me refiero a que visualmente ha sido actualizado, los modelos de personajes rehechos y las cinemáticas han vuelto a crearse desde 0 manteniendo todo el contenido original casi intacto. Mi problema con este remake es que la jugabilidad sigue siendo la misma, con todas las cosas toscas que tenía el original. El que pensó que la mejor forma de atraer al público de PlayStation era con este título cuando conserva la jugabilidad intacta de 2006 merece ser despedido. Tampoco han aprovechado para solucionar los huecos argumentales como el comportamiento de los lambent o que aparezcan de la nada en el tren final y por su puesto tampoco se han añadido referencias a personajes que más tarde serían muy importantes como María. Lo único nuevo es la aparición de [spoiler]Myrrah[/spoiler] en la cinemática final del juego, que se agradece. Entiendo que si se hubieran modificado cosas los más puristas se habrían quejado pero siento que ha sido una oportunidad desaprovechada para conectar mejor el juego con el resto de la trilogía original. El único motivo por el que recomendaría comprarlo (de rebajas) es para poder jugar el capítulo extra del Brumark que en el juego original de 2006 era exclusivo de la versión de ordenador.
If you are in it for the single player campaign, this is pretty good. The campaign is short, around 10 hours, less if you have played this before and remember the flow of the fights. The graphics are very good and it runs well on my hardware (4k DLSS-Q, 120 FPS locked). Cutscenes are only 30 fps, which is kind of annoying, but certainly not a deal breaker. They do use Easy Anti-Cheat, but I haven't experienced any issues with it. There is a prompt to sign in to your Microsoft account when you start the game. If you do, it will pull over your achievements if you have played this elsewhere (I had already beaten it on casual on my Xbox, and my achievements all popped immediately). It doesn't pull over your save data, however. The achievements are kind of nice. The lack of save is whatever, not a big deal for me. There are a fair number of bugs like squad mates getting stuck or just stop fighting and stand around. I have also ran into issues where the fight doesn't end even though all the enemies are dead. Sometimes you can just walk to the next area and things will be fine. Other times you have to reset back to the last checkpoint. Annoying, but not game breaking. Usually the bug resolves itself the second time around. Good nostalgia trip, fun game. Maybe get it on sale if you are only interested in single-player or co-op. I don't have an opinion on PvP or online play aspect, never played and not particularly interested.

Bought this game for the nostalgia and it crashed before I could hit start on the main menu LOL. Removed split screen co-op for God knows what reason and the even on low settings the cutscenes kept freezing during the campaign. Use your $10 wisely, E-Day coming Oct 6!
Final boss is glitched , can not kill him. Game is bugged.

¡¡¡¡Este juego es auténtica basura!!! si tuviese la oportunidad de que me reembolsasen el dinero, lo haría ¿de verdad está fue en su día la mayor baza de Xbox para luchar contra los exclusivos de Sony? y consiguieron sacar 5 juegos de esto y el que más se acerca es aquél que nada tiene que ver como es el Tactics, y coges y me haces un remaster sin arreglar todo lo malo que tiene sumado a los bugs nuevos, controles toscos, gameplay aburrido, en serio, lo he ido jugando en tramos de 15 minutos, en su día leí un artículo de un periodista de que el juego era cubrirse y disparar, avanzar y repetir, y que no tenía sustancia, pues es tal cual, que gracia tiene que cada capitulo sea, cinemática, avanzar, enemigos, cubrirse, repetir, repetir y así hasta el hartazgo, es genérico a más no poder ¿quién diseñó estos niveles? son frustrantes, no empatizo con ningún personaje, de hecho solo quiero que los revienten a todos, ¿Y ese doblaje? nah, me tienes que estar tomando el pelo Microsoft ¿que es eso?¿habéis cogido a 4 borrachuzos a soltar líneas? he jugado a juegos que tenía peor pinta que una diarrea masiva, pero esto es que es lo que hay más allá, no quiero ni volver a tocarlo, además ¿a quién se le ocurre meter trofeos multijugador en donde jugar al multi es ser un colgao después de haber consumido crack? no me ha divertido ni la historia ni el multi ¡AUTENTICA BASURA! ahórrate el dinero y cómprate algo decente
