The stylized art direction might mislead you about the game's attitude toward "fun". Monaco on very hard mode was one of the most stressful racing game experiences of my life. However, learning the track, working out the best line and brake timing, and getting to first place consistently was extremely rewarding. As frustrating as it is to fail, I feel like it's always my own fault for being too aggressive or cavalier. It's arcade-style in that race lengths are short and the physics model is about fun over accuracy. On the other hand, AI doesn't go easy on you at all, and the game rewards practice, patience, and precision. Played story mode up to the 90s so far, excited to play through the modern eras. The dev's obvious enthusiasm for the sport and its history is endearing and infectious. Runs well on steam deck, works without issue on fedora linux.

Runs in every PC
Great game took me 90 hours to 100% yes there a one very greendy achievement but stil i had a rare feeling i wish there be more to do. Very hard difficulty bots has a good pace and you actually need some sim race experience to beat them but stil nothing to hard also there a strategy and they very bad at it goes for 2nd pit stop when race is over in 2 laps and give you a free win (ofcourse if yours tyres is not 0% at this point). Overall for me the best part of game is tyre wear it feels so realistic you had a two different cars with new tyres and old tyres. Highly recommend this game for everyone
A solid substitute if you can't run the EA F1 games or just want a more arcadey F1 game... fits a handheld device more though, like a Switch or Steam Deck.
