Flight Of Nova

Good game Cool physics and pilot experince. Flights in the atmosphere and on the orbit. Dockings, landings, etc. Nice graphycs and effects. Unfortunately, you don't have many tasks. Generally you move cargo betveen surface, fliying shuttles and satellites. Unfortunately, looks like game is dead.

One of my favorite games of the decade. Amazing work, very inspiring

This is a very nice Newtonian flight sim featuring a pretty unique set of hybrid VTOL spacecraft/aircraft. It does have a pretty steep learning curve at the beginning, so be prepared to fly badly for a few hours until you get the hang of it. There are some training missions, but I'd hesitate to call them tutorials. Instead I recommend a series of videos by Eiko Kiri on YouTube which are quite helpful. Also, I can attest that it runs very well on Apple Silicon via Crossover although it's not something officially supported by the developer.
