You've done it, you've made my dream game. I've waited for surface-to-orbit real-physics space truckin' since before the recommended GPU for Star Citizen was the GTX680. This game stands alone because no company at all in any budget bracket has seemed to want to make it before now. This game is tight and really does just one thing right now, sandbox deliveries, but it does it insanely well in a way no other space game can do, and it all plays like a dream on an xbox controller. The airship deliveries were a surprise too, I didn't see that in any of the promo material and those were quite a fun surprise. Sound design can make or break a space game in particular and it's all ear-candy here. I can see this replacing American Truck Sim as my chillout game of choice for a decently-foreseeable future. I'd recommend this full-price to anyone with an interest in space games, immersive orbital mechanics, or anyone with more than a dozen hours in KSP. I do agree with some of the asks from other comments though, this game could use some polish in the informational/UI areas. After a few hours I wish there were solutions (or possibly UI settings toggles) for some key things: I hate information disappearing! I'd really like a toggle to retain UI items under circumstances where they currently vanish. Cases include: -velocity indicators disappearing when close to landing points in 3rd person, -station relative velocity disappearing within 5km in 3rd person + being a poor directional indicator in general. An x-y directional indicator like in Outer Wilds would be lovely here, or just making the local/anti-local indicators toggleable on outside 50km on a targeted station would work too. -apoapsis not displayed under ~45km makes accurate sub-orbital hops more work -and a general lack of orbital view with velocity information (think KSP orbital view and its trajectory arcs) that would make all of this less guesswork However these are just conveniences, none of this breaks the game or pushes any delivery into the impossible. Anything here or new content is just icing on a great cake. Keep up the great work, and I'm looking forward to future developments. Even if this never got a new update I'd consider it complete for what it is.

It still has no time acceleration! Waiting hours on orbit for your redezvous realy sucks. It should be the player's choice how to waste his time!
Originally a few years ago it was a nice early access. But now since a very long time there are no automatic controller settings inside the game anymore, despite the game recognizing my controller. Makes it a bit ridiculous for a game that tells you to use the controller. Also setting controls yourself does not make much sense with these elaborate controls. You cannot learn it from the tutorials if the tutorials do not know the controller controls only keyboard. And it would be such an easy bug to fix, if I could only make a bug report, but there is no sensible option to provide a bug report... At least there will be an update soon, that is why I installed it. Let's hope that update includes a fix.
Best flight model ever, missing a bit of variety around that though
A superb experience. Very immersive. You can feel space seeped into your hands and in your face after each session, It flows space and physics deep into your senses when you explore it. It is sublime.
True orbital mechanics and excellent controls :) Rare game. The atmosphere is gorgeous so is the music. Please more ships!
Spent 20 minutes trying to dock with an orbital station and ended up getting a little motion sick after I landed. 10/10 would become dizzy again.
A fantastic worry-free near-future spaceplane flight sim! Instead of simplifying the flight physics or orbital mechanics to make the game more accessible, the developer made the ships you fly ridiculously good (extreme amount of delta-v, comically strong main engines, player character surviving 10G of acceleration without blacking out, impossibly good heat shielding, etc). This means that the game remains a proper sim, and that mastering it is challenging and fun, while at the same time mistakes and miscalculations carry few consequences due to the powerful ship, which IMO is a perfect combination. The crazy strong ship also means that you don't HAVE to take the optimal route and can have fun with crazy trajectories! The game is made by a single developer, and you can see it. The models and textures are kind of ugly, the tutorial is terrible, the UI leaves something to be desired. However, none of that is really enough to detract from the experience in any way - I feel like the developer made the right choice to spend their time focusing on what's actually important for the target audience (the flight model and orbital mechanics). All those things are easily overlooked once you get into the game and start actually flying. I see some people complaining about the price, but I feel like this is a niche product that has to be priced higher than most indie games to compensate for having a much smaller target audience. I see no issue there, it's worth the money if you are a nerd that this game is targeting IMO. My only real complaint is the lack of certain information that a craft like this would certainly display on one of the screens or the HUD. For example, there are no normal/antinormal orbital markers, there are no names for planetary sites on the radar, there's no way to see the prograde/retrograde and local/anti-local markers unless you're looking in their direction, etc. Would also love to see some more difficult missions for long-distance planetary transport and for off-equator orbital transport. Can't wait for the interplanetary missions coming soon!
physics and hot landings with pieces of wings breaking off. awesome. yes I recommend it!
