Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.57/day in the week to Aug 19 → 8.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
ACT 1 is available at launch. Acts 2 & 3 will release as free updates in the coming months!
FEED THE PIT is a linear, story-driven, investigative horror game where you hunt wealthy individuals through a dangerous card game in order to Feed The Pit, all while avoiding relentless horrors.
THE PIT hungers. To feed it, we're sending you to kill people in Carrister Valley. Hidden deep in the woods, your only hope at finding them is with magical cards--each of which asks a unique question about the target's location.
With the right inquiries, you'll narrow down the map until only one possible spot remains. Your card selection is limited--you'll have to play the hand you're dealt. No two investigations are the same.
Every mission brings a new monster, acting as your nemesis for the day. Their behavior is a mystery. Take dangerous gambles and pay close attention to discover how they work, and more importantly--how to survive.
THE PIT is here to save us. And you've been invited to join his Chosen Circle. We have a higher purpose to serve. A new world order to execute. For Brotherhood. For The Pit.
A complex and branching story lies ahead. What will you do?

Story is interesting, however the game play didn't click for me at all. Called it quits at mission 4. it boils down to find guy get card narrow down map rinse and repeat. Some neat ideas but ultimately for me a letdown
best surprisingly good game ive played in a while, the only complaint is that its episodic, but act 1 alone has sold me and i will return for act 2 and 3, great game so far!
FEED THE PIT! In all seriousness though, LOVE this game!! It was a little unexpected to see the story take an upfront role given previous entries; HOWEVER the story so far is compelling and hooks you in from the beginning. No spoilers here but I'm curious to see where the narrative leads the player into the next chapters. Speaking of chapters, you know a game is good when it leaves you with the feeling of wanting more and I believe the 2nd and 3rd chapters will be just as entertaining as the first. AND THE GAMEPLAY!! Incredibility entertaining, would have never had thought a Battleship clone would challenge me as much as it has. The various enemies that change each time you venture out always brings a new edge to your hunt. SO SATISFYING when you finally find and catch your target!! My one and only complaint would be no "Endless Mode" or "Custom Mode" from the beginning as it is a little tedious to do the same four hunts over and over again; but this can be excused with the game not being fully released. I'm sure new challenges and features will be added as more chapters are released. TL;DR - PLAY THIS GAME!! and FEED. THE. PIT!

I had a lot of fun with this game I appreciate them taking the time to hand craft unique maps for each level, rather than trying to shoehorn in random generation, like a lot of similar games seem to
I love it so far, the art style and gameplay was great. Some of the monsters could verge on annoying. One thing that would help is if there were ways to hide from the monster until it moves onto another area if you know it's following you, cause sometimes there was a bit of "Oh my god leave me alone for five seconds so I can check my map!" going on, not always but at a few points. I think the first monster worked best overall, with how it blended into the environment there was a constant dread of running into it and it was reasonably avoidable. The second could get annoying with how far chasing it took me off course, it wasn't really scary either though I never set it off completely. And the third was the scariest to me for sure, but it pushed a little too far with how much the evironmental hazard obscured the view as the day got late, you can barely see anything by that point so you feel like you're just gonna have to run blind... though I'm not sure if I got lucky or the monster wasn't there that late cause I didn't run into it at all. And water is weird, your character doesn't swim, you just sink and can jump up to the surface for air and wading through it is quite slow, though if you were too agile in the water it'd be too easy a way to escape some of the monsters since none of them will follow you there so I can see if that's an intentional limitation, though slow swimming would suffice instead of sinking like you're wearing concrete slippers. Very much looking forward to part 2, I hope they mix the creatures' capabilities up a bit more.
Awesome game.
Feed the pit
Very fun game only bad thing about it is I can't eat oreos
I absolutely love this game, the sound design is great, I personally love this kind of art style (similar to inscription) and there are so many little details that add so much. I cannot wait for the full game to release :)
9/10 needs a modifier to add fifty flesh thiefs in one map
